The…read morebehavior by this company lacks any decency. 1) Attempted to charge excess distance by misreporting the mile actually driven 2) Attempted to charge an extra $150 cleaning fee when a simple car wash would've cleaned the vehicle as stated in the rental agreement 3) Attempted to charge for late return by a day plus when the vehicle was returned on time and they confirmed the return 4) Threatened to file police report and law suit for defamation. Not a lawyer but pretty sure with the above evidences they should be the ones getting reported and sued. As you can probably tell from Torys responses to any sort of negative review whether on Turo or Google is threatening to bring you to court instead of reflecting and resolving the issue (seems like a kid is running the show). If you would like to avoid being scammed / extorted / threatened I would highly recommend you please do not rent from this company whether on Turo or anywhere else.

Also, we took advantage of Denver Limo's "buy 5 hours, get the 6th hour free" deal. That would give us 6 hours for a total of $500. The "front office" added the 20% driver tip, which brought us up to $600, for the entire night, everything included. Well, the limo showed up on time and I went out to meet the driver. He clarified what we were going to do that night and then handed me the credit card imprint bill with gratuity left blank. I told him that Denver Limo had already charged us for the 20% gratuity and that we had the 6 hours for the price of 5 deal. He had no clue what I was talking about. He said I could take it up with Denver Limo if I wanted to. So, we were already hustled by the limo company before we even started the night. The driver told me we could hook our Ipod into the limo's stereo if we had the 1/8" mini jack (headphone jack) and we were on our way. Before we got out of the neighborhood we noticed the stereo did not have Ipod capabilities! Seriously!? It's almost 2011 and no Ipod connector!? We spent about an hour driving around to Radio Shack, Micro Center, trying to find a way to make it work. What a waste of time for their screw up. The rest of the night was okay. The driver was alright and he was always where we needed him when we needed him. The limo itself was average. It felt it's age. The "liquor" they provide is watered down and totally bottom shelf. No surprise there. Would I use them again, not a chance. We've had better experiences with other companies. The way they swindle you for at least $100 is too shady for me to ever trust them. Then, to send a limo that did not have the Ipod hookup that was really the main request, inexcusable! The way I see it, we got about $300 worth out of them but spent $750. Save your money, use somebody else!!!!

Featuring just a single arch, it's less of a "station" and more of a serviceable hop on/hop off boarding point with the added utility of a rail pass payment kiosk. All the lines I listed don't have a terminus on this side of town per second, but instead simply loop around 18th between California and Stout before heading back across the 16th Street Mall. So you could realistically say that this is the end of the line, or that it's the equivalent stop on 18th and California that fills that role. Whichever you prefer, really. All in all, a great place to hop off, a decent place to hop on if you've already got a pass (if only because there's only one ticket kiosk so you might have to wait in line if it's a busy time of day).

We had a party set with Goliath for my wife's Surprise Bday w/65 guest, and we were all waiting in the cold for 2 hours for a no call, No show. Ruined my wife's Bday!! I was devastated after planning a surprise Bday for her for over 4 months. Was in contact with Thomas over 3 of those month several times making sure everything was a go and each time I spoke with him he was rude and disrespectful. But I wanted this one of a kind Goliath Bus, so I just blew it off. At one point I asked if I could see in person, what I was paying for, which wasn't cheap, so I could have an idea of set up and planning and he said there were pictures online. I stated, I just would like to take a quick look at his convenience, and he rudely stated, "why, do you want to buy it?, we only show it to people that want to buy it, Not Rent it!" I should have went with my gut. So after No Call No Show, I finally got a hold of Thomas 3 Days later, by a different # online that I had found. He at this point was apologetic, he didn't know why or what happened! (right!!!) He said he would comp me a passenger Bus at anytime and if he did not make this happen this time he would personally give me $500 cash. So I asked him to email me this info, which he did. So 2 months later I decide to give him a second chance and take him up on his offer. I called him and he said to email him the info, dates, ect... So I did. No Response...(weird) so 2 weeks out from our event, I began to call and email. No response. I finally got a hold of some staff. They said they would look into it and let me know. After a week of his "supposed staff" not being able to get a hold of their "Boss" I was right back to were I was in December. This whole operation is shady and unprofessional. Please do not put urself threw what I went through!!! Use a company off the BBB. Do not make the same mistake I did. Thomas has a couple of different business names out there. Be Carful. Goliath Party Bus is one and this is one. If you hear The name Thomas Norton. Run!! Use a different company! I wonder if I will ever be able to collect my $500???
