THEN, they mentioned that they do Air Duct cleaning and quoted us $2,000. For reference, we have a 3/2 with 11 out vents. That number is absolutely absurd. They called their boss and said they could do $1,500 instead, like they were doing us a favor. Needless to say, we did NOT do the duct cleaning and instead found another family owned company that was $550 and did an amazing job. Not sure if I'd recommend doing business with them.
