We fully expected to pay for the service and even offered to do so upfront, as we weren't sure whether it was something they normally provided. Instead of explaining their policy professionally, the employee seemed offended by the request and responded, "You want me to touch your body?" The comment caught us both completely off guard. Her tone and demeanor came across as rude, dismissive, and almost disgusted that we had even asked. I've used this business for alterations before, so this experience was surprising and very disappointing. A simple, polite explanation that they don't offer that service would have been perfectly acceptable. Instead, we left feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. Customer service matters just as much as the quality of the work. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won't be returning, and neither will my friend.
