I've lived in the area for over 40 years and occasionally went to the prior owner's laundromat. The business that Danny opened here is lightyears away from that. He's got all new machines that are spotless inside and out. They accept coins or work through an app which is super easy. The dryers are free and you can run as many cycles as necessary to properly dry your clothes. Danny is a hands-on owner who is there to help you in whatever way you may need. He really does make you feel at home. I may forego the plumbing repair and just go to Danny's to get my laundry done.

It came apart during cleaning, and instead of notifying me and asking me how I would like to proceed, she tried to fix it behind my back and did so incorrectly. She sewed the skirt under the corset, rendering the dress unwearable. It does not fit me any longer and it won't zip. The repairs were done very poorly--the thread does not match the fabric, and the stitches were made in the middle of the dress instead of hidden at the seams. For this reason, it could not be repaired, because removing the stitches would leave holes in the fabric. I came in person to address it and she 1) refused to apologize and 2) criticized my appearance. I've never had a more unprofessional experience before. I was pawned off to her son who told me he would reach out with a resolution before the weekend is over--it is now Sunday night and I have not been contacted. These are not honorable people with respect for anyone else besides themselves. She trashed a $500 dress and refused to make it right. She didn't apologize, and insulted me. I will be taking them to small claims court. If you have precious or special pieces, do not take them here. If you have the skill, clean and repair your items at home. I only have basic sewing knowledge and I could've done a better job than this. These are not respectful, trustworthy, or serious people.
