Went to this cleaners with three suits and two shirts. Owner asked me to take everything off the hangers, which I did. Then, after taking my information, he told me the turn around was five or six days. That was too long, so I decided to go somewhere else. The one star is because he then turned and walked away and couldn't be bothered to help me get everything back on the hangers. Why would I ever come back? read more

Needed to have a jumpsuit hemmed. I chose this cleaners because of their great reviews. My alterations were executed perfectly. Good quality work. I do think their prices are a bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. read more

Kind quick service however I sent a white shirt for a suit brand new to get pressed and cleaned and it came back with a brown stain. Luckily it was on the lower part of the suit. Will not recommend or return. read more

I had a white/beige polo sweater that I had owned for quite a long time (about 5 years), so like some people, I had grown to be quite attached to that sweater. At work, I was taking a look at the printer, which resulted in my lovely sweater being stained horribly with toner ink - it was bad enough to a point where I had seriously considered throwing it out. A coworker had recommended this place to get my sweater cleaned up for a very reasonable price. At first I was skeptical about whether or not they'd be able to take the ink out, but after 1 business day, my sweater came back looking better than it had looked in months. Brought in my winter jacket because i had oil stains on it. They quoted me a price which i believed was very reasonable and left it with them. When I got my jacket back I was very impressed. I've been a customer of this dry cleaners for more than 10 years now and since I moved to a new town, I still come to this place because I have not seen a better one in the area. As a longtime resident, I experienced countless dry cleaners that come and go. This one has not changed its owner for ever long and it always offered me good quality service. Some places do offer cheaper price but to me, cheap price, cheap service. Here the owners always greet me with a big smile and energy, so it's a boosting start in the morning to pick up my clothes. They are now almost like a family to us as my father-in-law and sister all come to the same cleaners and we like to chitchat when picking up our stuff so the owners here also share their stories and that's always fun. I took my jeans/carpenter pants here to get the waist taken in because I lost some weight so they were way too big and they came out perfect. They are bright red pants with white stitching so I was a little scared at first but I love how they turned out. I'm excited to wear them now. read more

I won't be back. There is no service quality at this store. I never had any issues before but something has changed. Shirts go in but come back looking not pressed and wrinkled. Collars are pressed down and even worse, shirts come back with machine oil stains and they deny it was their process and then dismiss you. Use at your own risk! read more

This is truly the best dry cleaners among other shops in NY. The owner is so professional and kind to customers, and I've never found any downside from this dry cleaning services. I don't really understand why the guy complaining below is not satisfied with their service. What I most care about is the quality of dry cleaning services, and ever since I become a customer, my cloths turn into brand-new cloths. I am really amazed how well they do service. I've lived all over the United States and have experienced many different levels of dry cleaning services. This experience rates at the near bottom. Recently relocating to Massapequa I was looking for a friendly and honest neighborhood dry cleaner. Unfortunately this place didn't fit the bill. The service was poor and they overcharge (and mischarge) for their services. For example; I dropped off two pair of pants and two shirts. The dry cleaner rang it up as 1 pant, 1 shirt, and 1 suit. The so-called "suit" was my military everyday uniform (short sleeved button down shirt and matching pants), not a suit. I soon figured out why he was so adamant to stick with his suit classification as he charges more for a suit then for the pieces as seperates. In the end the gentleman refused to make the correction and, as a result, lost a customer. Since dry cleaners are a dime-a-dozen out here, I'm sure I won't have to go far to find one to my liking. Buyer beware if you should decide to take your cleaning here. read more
