Instead of making an effort to clean it again free of charge, the owner wanted to charge me again: not for regular cleaning, but for dry clean. The 2nd time he also was rude to me. I recently brought a really nice Bugatchi shirt here to get cleaned and when I picked it up and brought it home, I noticed there were dots all over the shirt, like something melted onto it (added photo to this page). I brought the shirt back to bring it to his attention. He is very hard to understand so I usually just let him speak and say "ok." I came back a few days later and some of the dots were gone, but some still there and I asked him why this happened to my shirt? He told me to stop complaining and started yelling. I was literally in shock that a business owner who ruined my shirt would say this. I told him he's never going to get my business ever again. Stay away from this place people.
