Great family run business. Reasonable prices and turn around time. They consistently do a great job. The only time I had them redo something was for a particularly challenging rust stain on a white dress. No idea how they got it out, but they ran it through twice without complaint. Also, the staff is friendly and the owner is the nicest guy. One time he even stayed open 10 minutes late so I could pick up my husband's suit for an important meeting! The first 2 months were great, until I began to realize that the prices to dry clean my work shirts was different every week depending on who was doing the ticketing. Furthermore, it turns out they're incapable of getting wine stains out of your clothes and whatever they use to try just makes the stains worse. I work in the wine industry, and have never had a problem with the cleaners getting out my stains before. If you need clothes cold washed and dry pressed, this is the place for you. If you need to get something really cleaned and back to new, be warned, they are incapable of getting it done properly. I have 5 ruined shirts and have moved on to a new dry cleaner with transparent pricing and better cleaning service. read more

I went here for the first time and had suit jackets done. They handed me back the jackets on a hanger and put one piece of plastic over the top of all three jackets The jackets were not pressed, buttoned, or individually wrapped. I had these jackets pressed before at another dry cleaners in Harrison for 8.00 per jacket and they were beautifully done. I paid 7.00 per jacket at this place and they didn't appear to do much to dry clean them. Maybe that's why they charge a little less. read more

First off, i'm not one to complain. But the ownner of this establishment is not all there. Wether waiting a few weeks for my items to be returned, or never recieving my items back whatsoever. I've called numerouse times for an item that was dropped off over 2 months ago and still have nothing to show. You couldn't pay me to use his services. I'm honestly in shock they are still open. Customer beware....you may find that your items are lost and will recieve no compensation. I do apologize as my review is all over the place, but screw this place. I hope yelp will update the rating system so we can give negatives. As the great Rick James once said "If i had more hands, I would give those (redacted) 4 thumbs down." I had my first and last horrible experience at this place!!!! My son who is in college was looking for a bargain finally paying for his own dry cleaning! Decided to try this cleaners! Usually use Harrison cleaners! The prices were the same, the pants were more expensive then Harrison! He had 12 shirts pressed well it looked liked they put them on a hanger put a bag over them and gave them back! Collars were all bent sleeves not creased ! Had a coat cleaned it came back full of lint! Shirts usually come back buttoned and cardboard under collars! NOTHING!!! Was advised to come back in a week to pick up clothes which was Friday. When back Saturday pants still not ready! Then told come back Monday ! ONE MORE THING! On there website it says excepts credit cards! WHEN we dropped off the clothes they wrote on the reciept CASH ONLY!! And made us pay for part of the bill in ADVANCE!! They should be paying me for trusting them with my new clothes!!!!! First time I ever heard of that before! AND I NEVER EVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT THIS PLACE WAS THE WORST IM SORRY I GAVE THEM MY $90!!! read more
