I got rid of Blaze right away, after their merger they couldn't seem to get anything right, sorry guys, you need more staff and you need to train them. Royal was good too but the responsiveness I got from Ideal, even online, was the best. Easy decision.

This credit union is going right down the crapper. Been banking here 15 years and the last 2 years…read morehave been a nightmare. Loan rates always come in higher than everyone else. They charge extra fees on lines of credit when you dont even use the line of credit. No longer open saturdays. Moved the atm machine so you pretty much have to get out of your car to use it. Most of all when you voice your concerns they act like they could care less. We're taking our money elsewhere.

Then I had an errant charge on the account from a card we told them to cancel and I asked three times if they closed the old cards and each time it was a surprise to the person on the phone, "Oh, no, I'll have to do that." I even went into the bank to talk to them and she tried to bum rush me out the door! When I finally got to ask about the issue, she wrote the problem on a post-it note for someone else to handle! (I still have my doubts that it's been taken care of at this point.) It would be comical if I were hearing these stories from someone else, but when it's you going through the frustration... Bottom line, don't bank here. Customer service is not a priority.

Great in person banking experience…read more If you live in the area of Hugo Forest lake or White Bear lake you'll scarcely find a better place for your banking than with them. Online banking however is the problem, its practically unusable. Keeps blocking me out even when I type what I know is the right password, keep having to call Costumer service for help. If you have the ability to bank in person, then theyre your people. If youre moving outside their range, close your account or youll never see your money again. Overall great people, great in-person banking experience, but they need to revamp their online experience.
