I waited 5 minutes before they were given their order and pulled off. I was given the two frostys that came with my meal, then waited 5 minutes before they told me my order wasn't ready yet and I needed to pull off to the mobile order parking area, and I did just that. While being parked I kept looking in the rear view mirror to see if the car behind me in line received their food. After 20 minutes, they got their food and drove off. I decided to call the store to remind them that I had a mobile order and was still waiting in the parking lot for my order. The person on the other end of the line apologized, and confirmed that I made the mobile order more than 30 minutes ago and the delay was due to staff shift change. He promised to make my order himself and that they would throw in a complimentary 20 piece saucy nuggs.I also received two extra frostys. By the time I drove away from the restaurant I waited 40 minutes for my food. In that time I could've almost made it to my final destination.
