This Wawa location is a hit or miss. Some years ago this was my favorite Wawa, but over the years this location has changed. Sometimes you may get good food and drinks abd other times you may not. I stopped getting my ice coffees here for a while because they were just nasty and Botha I asked for. I still come to this Wawa and take my chances because it's close to my job. read more

Be aware of your surroundings at this Wawa, especially if you're female. People will just go up to your car and stand at the door trying to get you to acknowledge them to give them money, or they will wait out front of the store to yell at you for attention to give them cash or to buy them things inside the store. These people don't seem dangerous but it's unsettling to be harassed going inside and outside of the store. read more

I have tried ordering from this location a few times. Every time they have messed up my drink order. TODAY however, they completely ignored my order and made a sandwich that was nowhere close to what I ordered! I was very angry, considering I spent my money on something that I cant even eat! I tried to call and of course they never answer. I sent them an email, and havent heard anything back yet. Im VERY displeased and this will be the last time I order from them. No reason to stop at Wawa for breakfast ... everything else tastes like cardboard ... the sausage is the WORST ... zero flavor ... doesn't management ever sample what they sell versus the competition ? Never a dull moment with this one. The store is always dirty now. In the 4 years I've lived in Aberdeen, this store has charged for the worst. The employees are rude and spend more time talking to each other than fixing the food. The line just backs up so fast that if I see a line I go and get food and gas elsewhere. read more

The sandwhich making was slow, and one of the people who wer supposed to making the sandwiches was just standing there talking to another employee. There was a third person back there but they seemed to be moving pretty slowly. I get I got a fairly complicated sandwich, but it was slow for people who only got simple hoagies. So I finished one half of my sandwich and i have to lower the review down to a 1 from a 3, because I got a sourdough melt and it was falling apart. I understand a little movement because I had mustard on it, but it was sliding. I am very dissapointed by this experience. read more

This wawa location is pretty good. The staff is friendly, the coffee is always hot (and they rarely run out)... mmmmmm Kona blend. The sandwich service can be a bit slow at rush times (7-9ish and 1130-1300ish), but it's almost always accurate. The self-service ordering system is standard at WaWa (you order at a touch screen), and not that hard to figure out. If you aren't familiar, ask someone standing around near the sandwich counter, they've already done it. I wish they'd stock more varieties of bagel (every time I go they're out of everything). There's also a make your own milkshake machine that is pretty cool! read more

Very dissapointed and will be reporting this Wawa to headquarters.. I selected a drink from the order kiosk. Salted caramel Mocha frozen drink. On the display it showed the drink with chocolate whipped cream and chocolate drizzle inside and on top. When i went to retrieve my drink after purchase there was no chocolated whipped cream or drizzle. When i brought this to their attention, the worker stated she would charge me extra. Another worker went and verified thats how it was displayed. So HOW AND WHY would you charge extra for and incorrectly displayed product. Either you give the customer what is shown or dont offer it at all. She was rude and determined on telling me that nezt time she will charge me extra. Nor did she remove the misadvertised product for the next customer. I will be forwarding this to The owner and headquarters. Along with the time and staff name. read more

I come here everyday for good reason. The food is exceptional considering the cost, and the staff are always uplifting with their positivity. When the checkout lines get long during surge hours, they're quick to deploy more cashiers to ensure no one waits too long. read more

They must have lost their entire staff during the remodel. This used to be a great place to grab a quick meal for the family that doesn't come through a window. Hoagies we received yesterday were awful. We ordered extra cheese and "toast the whole hoagie". This used to mean meat on the bottom, cheese on the top, put the whole frigging thing in the toaster until it's melted. We received cold subs with a huge hunk of cold cheese on the BOTTOM. Always fun getting home with a dinner you were looking forward to and finding out it's complete crap. read more
