I am an over the road driver. Out of every 7-Eleven that I've ever been to, this has got to be the best one! It was super well stocked and every single hot food item for sale was visibly fresh. There was not one lonely, shriveled up hot dog, the pizza and the cheese were fresh and melty and not dried out. The chicken wings look like they were fresh out of the oven as well. I was super impressed. I never leave reviews, but I needed to go out of my way to do this one for an exceptional business. There's not much for me to write about this location other than it's pretty average. It is at a intersection so it makes it a nice location to stop and get a drink or to pump some gas. I normally only go during the day if I am passing by and the gas is cheap or when they have the free slurpee day. During the evening hours or during the summer you see a good amount of younger children/young adults crowding around. The staff have seem pleasant the times I have went in. During the Free slurpee event a few year back they were a bit irritated since so many people were trying to take more than one per person. If you are stopping here there are several other places on each direction of this location you can stop at for food, Ive cream or even stop at tractor supply and get you something something. PAYING CUSTOMER REFUSED ACCESS TO BATHROOM Two of us went in the West Belair Ave 7-11 (store #29741) around 9AM, made purchase of about $8.00. I asked the very indifferent woman for the key to the bathroom and was told No! Employees only as if Its 3AM and I stumbled in off the street wasted and drunk, causing problems and then wanted bathroom access. This is obnoxious and unforgivable. I am a paying customer, not a derelict, drunk, on drugs, loitering around or causing a disturbance. I just needed to use the bathroom before getting back on the road. This utter lack of customer service, common courtesy and human need will not be forgotten! read more

It's a fine 7-11. However the air pump is broken. The last time I stopped there because my tire was low on air. I put the quarters in the air pump and my tire lost air. I went to another nearby gas station to fill up my tire successfully. read more

Typical but 4 stars because I won $50 on a scratch off - I don't patronize this 7-11 often however my Orthodontist is down this street so for the next 24 months this maybe my stop off from time to time - so far hasn't been overcrowded- staff is cool and friendly read more

A pretty typical 7-Eleven. I just like it more than others because it has a nifty ATM that lets me deposit checks. Fancy, huh? There always seems to be Aberdeen police hanging out there, too, so I guess this isn't the place to rob. read more

I have never had worse "customer service" in my life! My husband and I went in to this location at about 3 am on Sunday, August 5th, 2018 to buy a pack of cigarettes. There were 2 people behind the counter... a man and a woman. There were also 2 people standing at the counter. They were another man and woman. The two associates were having the absolute loudest conversation with the couple. Unfortunately I didn't see the mans name tag, but the woman associates name was Sandra. My husband and I were browsing the candy section while the four of them spoke very very loudly and Sandra even began to yell about other associates and how terrible they are. After browsing the candy section, my husband and I walked up to the counter feeling very uncomfortable as the four of them continued to the conversation. After about 30 seconds, Sandra waved us over to the open register. I asked her for my cigarettes and handed her my ID and my mobile couple. At this point, she has yet to say a word to me or my husband. She tells me my total and I pay. She hands me my receipt with a really shitty attitude and that's it. No "have a nice night" or "thank you" or anything. I wouldn't have really minded her not saying anything to me during the transaction if she wouldn't have been yelling to another associate and two other "customers" the ENTIRE time we were in there. I think she needs to be evaluated and if she's a manager, she should seriously be demoted. read more
