I initially stopped here to get gas (the provide BP at this location) and then I wanted to go inside to get a drink and a snack to wind down my night. After going inside it felt a little to small for my liking. I had to reroute myself several times just to look at items because of the people in here. I will give them this, it is nice and bright in the store and everything seemed organized and in place. I found my items and went to pay. The two employees working made it feel like anyone that was in the store was interrupting them and we should have just left without anything in our hands. It took a while be be rung up as the guy was having a full on conversation and slowly processing the transaction. What really bothered me was that even after you paid, it felt like they were waiting to accuse you of stealing something. My friends that came with me had already paid and were waiting there for me to finish. As I was going through my transaction they kept looking at my friends, who had already paid, like they wanted to accuse them so badly of stealing what they just paid for. Once I finished my transaction we headed outside and were on our way.

I found that it had a lot of those little things that you'd want to run to the corner store for, but maybe not want to get into a car and schlep to Safeway for: snacks like cookies, chips, sweets, candies. There were also some household staples, drinks, vape stuff, and toiletries. The price for the Tate's cookies I got were the same price as at Safeway. The guy behind the counter said there would be a set-up in the back for sandwiches and coffee in a couple weeks. Hope this venture goes well because I miss those corner bodegas of NYC... Service was friendly. Parking is not great in this part of town, though!

They had everything that you could think of that you might need. The prices were reasonable but the Customer Service was Excellent; I can't remember the young man's name that was working that day, but he was outstanding. I did not take any pictures. But the bodega was very neat and clean and smelled fresh. We spent a little time shopping and talking with the young gentleman working there about our next trip to Puerto Rico. Also, a lot of their stock is very old (many bottles are dusty even), and I've bought expired beer a few times here (who thinks to check beer?!). I went into Walgreens with the intentions of buying 10 gift cards valued at 100$ each. After…read morepurchasing the first five gift cards, they attempt to authorize 5 more cards but weren't able to because there's a 500$ limit of credit cards. So, they had two sets of 5 gift cards....they gave me 5 of them and I went along my way. After passing the gift cards out to my employees, they came back telling me that iTunes was giving them a message saying the cards were not authorized. I then call iTunes and they tell me to go back to the provider of the cards because the cards were never activated. I called Walgreens just to see if there's anything that might've went wrong during my transaction and they assured me that all the item numbers matched up with what was on my receipt. I call Apple and give them the message that I received from Walgreens and they told me that there's nothing they can do, so my only option was to head back to Walgreens. After discussing my issue with associates and assistant managers For a total of 20 minutes, one of the employees decide to go to the back and check for the old cards that never went through because of the $500 limit and there they were! The item numbers on the cards that were never given to be matched up to the ones that were on my receipt. So, all of that back-and-forth just because they gave me the wrong gift cards when I initially left the store. I spoke with Karina, the store manager, and she didn't really do much except for provide the district managers number. The three stars are for Kent Farmer... I truly appreciate you for being considerate about my situation and handling it with the best customer service I've witnessed in a while. Thank you Kent. I will not be going back to this Walgreens.

This has got to be the worst Walgreens I've been to. I almost passed it to begin with the way my…read moregps was set up but it's on a corner. It looked dingy and I even saw a roach on the floor. There was only one cashier on a Sunday morning which was dreadful because of the line. He was friendly enough. What I call a sib is called by many different terms depending on what part of the country you are in. Wawa got their start in Pennsylvania somewhere by Philadelphia and over there, people call them hoagies. The story that I have always heard is that the name hoagie xomes from the Hoagland submarine base and the employees loved this particular sandwich so much that people started calling them hoagies. Anyway, for a gas station, Wawa has some pretty stellar subs (or if you prefer, hoagies). The gas is competitively priced and Wawa is an overall positive experience.
