This has got to be the worst Walgreens I've been to. I almost passed it to begin with the way my gps was set up but it's on a corner. It looked dingy and I even saw a roach on the floor. There was only one cashier on a Sunday morning which was dreadful because of the line. He was friendly enough. I found what I needed so no complaints there and even the guard was doing his own thing walking outside then coming in to sit looking at his phone. Weird vibe. Worst Walgreens location I've ever been to. This place is a literal dump. Super dirty, shelves empty. I went to the pharmacist counter with some cough drops, COVID-19 tests, and other remedies to buy, and tried to buy some Sudafed. The pharmacist told me I couldn't buy any of the non-pharmacy stuff there and had to buy it up front. Okay? Odd. When trying to buy the Sudafed their system went down when processing my DL. I asked if he could try it again and he said no. I left feeling very defeated because I was sick, in an unfamiliar city, and no other pharmacies nearby were open yet. I had already taken a Lyft to get here. I decided to go back inside to the pharmacist and asked where the nearest pharmacy was. The same pharmacist told me there was one at the university of Maryland, but it wasn't open to the public. !?! THANKS. During that time another very nice pharmacist had come in, took pity on me, and offered to try processing my DL again so I could get the Sudafed. This time it worked and I was incredibly grateful for her kindness. Finally, to top it all off, I bought a sealed bag of cough drops here and when I got back to my hotel, I opened it to find that some of the sealed cough drops actually had no cough drops in the packets. I basically bought a bag of empty cough drop packets. FML. Baltimore, you did me dirty this trip!! read more

Their stated Friday closing time is 8pm. It was 6pm and I had a long list of things I needed to purchase. For some reason, they locked the doors and employees were leaving early. So, that was my 1-star Walgreens experience. read more

Extremely rude manager. Breana the cashier apologized for his behavior. I'm from out of town and did not realize the store would be closing soon when I got there. When Breana mentioned that, I quickly grabbed my items but needed one item unlocked. Zagat(?) the manager huffed and puffed and muttered under his breath and was very impatient with me. I went on a cold friggin day, because I saw online that this Walgreens had a $20 fan heater and I refuse to spend another winter at work at a cold ace desk. There was an employee who saw me looking around with the struggle face, and he asked me if I was looking for something in particular. He promptly pointed me in the right direction, then when my vertically challenged legs couldn't reach the top shelf, he helped me out to get the heater down. Had a nice talk with the lady in cosmetics too. I appreciated that, when the main checkout line got too full, the cashiers announced that cosmetics was open for check out. That was nice, bc I needed to get back to work asap. I'm glad they showed care for the customer's time. And the friendliness was a bright spot in an otherwise dreary and supremely cold day read more

I went into Walgreens with the intentions of buying 10 gift cards valued at 100$ each. After purchasing the first five gift cards, they attempt to authorize 5 more cards but weren't able to because there's a 500$ limit of credit cards. So, they had two sets of 5 gift cards....they gave me 5 of them and I went along my way. After passing the gift cards out to my employees, they came back telling me that iTunes was giving them a message saying the cards were not authorized. I then call iTunes and they tell me to go back to the provider of the cards because the cards were never activated. I called Walgreens just to see if there's anything that might've went wrong during my transaction and they assured me that all the item numbers matched up with what was on my receipt. I call Apple and give them the message that I received from Walgreens and they told me that there's nothing they can do, so my only option was to head back to Walgreens. After discussing my issue with associates and assistant managers For a total of 20 minutes, one of the employees decide to go to the back and check for the old cards that never went through because of the $500 limit and there they were! The item numbers on the cards that were never given to be matched up to the ones that were on my receipt. So, all of that back-and-forth just because they gave me the wrong gift cards when I initially left the store. I spoke with Karina, the store manager, and she didn't really do much except for provide the district managers number. The three stars are for Kent Farmer... I truly appreciate you for being considerate about my situation and handling it with the best customer service I've witnessed in a while. Thank you Kent. Really rare. The pharmacy team is really on it. It never feels like a closely guarded secret that Rx's are so private ya know. The selection I'd say is good and candy scax etc. Gr8 deals. Cashiers very helpful and pleasant. I never roam around pitifully wasting time on looking for a pricetag, or weekly special. Bravo. read more

Average for Walgreens... Store seemed well stocked however employees working the store continued to work on other tasks although the one checkout line got backed way up. Also this store wasn't as clean and bright as most Walgreen's. My only real complaint was the one open cashier. read more

This store location is very convenient to my office and is in a prime area to get tons of business. The staff all seem to be pretty nice and Mr. Tony in the pharmacy is very knowledgable and accommodating. I wish I could give more stars, but this store stays low on stock, esp. on weekly sale items and don't bother with greeting cards other than for birthdays and upcoming holidays. It's unfortunate because the store stays busy with business. read more

I just arrived in Baltimore for work and this was the worst experience I ever had at a Walgreens. It looked like the store was closed (it's was 7:45pm) so I asked if it was closed and the cashier made fun of me to another lady. Then I took my purchase up to her, she barely looked at me then wouldn't give me a bag. I told her I was walking and needed a bag and she gave me a threatening look and thrust the bag at me. Management and corporate, you need to address this behavior and terminate this employee, I have never in my life been treated so poorly. I'll be shopping at CVS from now on. Typically, I would never review a Walgreens I only went to twice but I've never experienced a Walgreens like this before. Upon entering, you wouldn't even think you were in a drugstore as there is barely anything on the shelves and everything seems incredibly dirty. They could definitely do a better job keeping the store clean - I have no doubts about that. My wife wanted to get something that you can get in pretty much any drugstore, but they didn't have it here. I did also stop in to get cough drops and they had those. When I'm back in Baltimore, I will make sure to make my drugstore stop elsewhere. Some of the customers in the store were pretty interesting, too, to say the least. I won't be back. read more

I am so pleased with the pharmacy. Tony the Mr. Really helps me and the rest of the pharmacy staff knows me by name. I don't care about the 6pm closing or weekends off. The medicine in stock and familiarity with me make me feel special. read more

Dirty, rude associates, and a manager who accosted me for daring to use coupons. Never again. Too many alternative choices in the area (CVS, Rite Aid) to have to put up with such a horrific atmosphere. Walgreens needs to shut this location down. read more

Store is poorly stocked. Even the beverages were half empty. There's only one cashier so plan on waiting in line, even at 7PM. The cashier seemed to have an edge, but she was actually very nice. Definitely below average a far as Walgreens go, but it serves its purpose. read more
