What I call a sib is called by many different terms depending on what part of the country you are in. Wawa got their start in Pennsylvania somewhere by Philadelphia and over there, people call them hoagies. The story that I have always heard is that the name hoagie xomes from the Hoagland submarine base and the employees loved this particular sandwich so much that people started calling them hoagies. Anyway, for a gas station, Wawa has some pretty stellar subs (or if you prefer, hoagies). The gas is competitively priced and Wawa is an overall positive experience. I decided to stop buying the chicken for awhile, maybe (2) months...Well just came from RF bought a breast and just threw it away!!!! I really did try, BUT as a retired chef I'm well versed in the fact that you SHOULD NOT be selling OLD GREASY chicken to the public & I've expressed that BEFORE to them!!!!
