This is on the way from outside before hitting the bridge to go into ocean city . It was a little far from the hotel but we tried going there to buy yogurt etc. they didn't have any . They did have some basic things but not much . They did have beers and few other snacks .. it was a little pricey too.. quality is good .. service was ok .. . Nice clean location. Went here to get gas and then popped in for the chicken. Picked up a chicken breast for under $4 and it was delicious! Crispy breading, that tastes like KFC breading; that's a good thing. Chicken was plump and juicy; perfect. The store was nice and tidy, and the restrooms were clean. Also picked up some unique crab potatoes chips. Ketchup ones too. Using the self checkout was easy. Staff wasn't the friendliest, one sat on the ground right outside the door and started smoking; even though they are to be 25ft away from the building (sign was right above her). read more

Yep Currently $2.19 which is thirty cents less than home so it was a no brainer to fill up here. Did I trip over any random tire shards, radiator parts or left behind wing nuts? No, everything was clean as a whistle and smelling like a rose. Easy on/off to the highway/road of my choosing? Check, no issues at all getting off or back on the highway. Human intervention needed? Disgusting customer service!! Dealt with 3 different people 1 being a supervisor supposedly and from one to the next their attitudes were terrible. We had an issue with a gas pump and it being frozen with our card information stuck inside. When the first worker walked outside she was nasty and I can only assumed ticked off we had gotten her from behind her precious counter to ask for assistance. She mumbled some uneducated nonsense and walked back inside, literally leaving us standing at the pump that was still inoperable and frozen with our card information in it. Second person comes out to tell us no one will use the pump they're going to block it off and bag it up so it can't be used...all we simply said was that is awesome can you do this before we leave to ensure no one can use it with our card info. She walked back inside and NEVER came back out. After the 4th attempt the supervisor emerged from her precious office in the back ( where I can only assume she hides from her nasty employees ) and resets the pump...an hour later we were able to leave. And got gas down the block at the WaWa. Due to the lack of customer service at this location I won't visit any other royal farm read more

It's not world famous chicken. I don't understand the hope. Anyway, their japeleno cheesy poofs are amazing. The also sell ethanol free gasoline for boaters and jetskiers. As of 7-6-17, it was $2.54 a gallon. You can find it for less elsewhere, but they do have it. read more

So I didn't come here for gas, I came here to find out what all the chicken hype was... I will say, I still don't get it.. it was decent gas station chicken... I thought I was going to be in for some amazing treat.. like Publix chicken level.. but nope it was just like a Kennedy or Crown which I haven't eaten from either in years, but it was a throwback and served it's purpose for hang over "breakfast food" I will say what I was really disappointed about in this location.. they don't have hot tea.. they have coffee, hot chocolate, but no tea, I ended up having to make a stop at a nearby 7/11. But the location is clean and the employees keep the line moving so it's ok to stop in and grab what you do need as long as it isn't hot tea. read more

I just went in to purchase cigarettes and an older female employee, with longer darkish hair and glasses, got an attitude with me and accused me of purchasing the cigarettes for someone else solely based upon the type of cigarettes I was buying (last time I checked, Newport's were pretty popular cigarettes.) I also witnessed, at the same time I was in there, the employees getting a pretty serious attitude with an older woman and refusing to allow her to purchase alcohol because she had no ID. (Mind you, this woman had to have been at least 50, clearly of legal drinking age.) I understand doing your jobs and checking ID, but the added attitude, snappiness, and accusations to customers, was very unnecessary. read more

This place is a joke. Im standing here as i type this waiting for a chicken slider. Its currently been 30 minutes since i ordered it. There are 6 people standing behind the counter wandering around aimlessly. Working about as nonchalant and carefree as could be. Never coming back here again, i have no idea how this place even stays operating with this terrible customer service. Total wait time for 1 slider. 32 minutes. The urinal was broken also and the bathroom stunk terribly of piss because the container for the toilet brush had been pissed in. Great place read more

When I need to fill the gas tank, I head to Royal Farms in West Ocean City..., they consistantly have the best gas prices in town. When I need a quick bite to eat, or a cold drink, I head there as well... they have daily specials on their food and drink that can't be beat. read more

I ditto the review by Jonathan S. I had the very same experience last night at the same Royal Farms. I waited nearly an hour for a 12 piece chicken order. All the people that came in after me, came and went, also bitching about the confusion and delay in getting their order. As the 4 staff people plus their, what seemed to be a useless manager, stood by with no clue as to what was going on, or even cared when I complained out loud to one staff. Their chicken is good, I will admit, but their system of ordering, paying is severely screwed up and they definitely need a better manager or manager period, as well as better staff with customer care education. I don't live here, but come visit family who does live here, every year for 3 weeks each time, but I will never step foot in that store again, and I doubt any family members will either having told them my experience, not to mention waiting over an hour for me to come back with our dinner for that evening. I was fuming when I got home, and planned to write a bad review, but after I calmed down, decided not to, until I read the review that Jonathan S. wrote. Thanks for reading. I hope some improvement comes from this 2nd bad review, but I doubt it. Place is improved a little bit. Wait times a bit long , they offered an extra side or piece of chicken for my wait. Would have been 3 stars, but I'm giving one more for the employees level of professionalism while helping hateful customers. Customers were treating employees like dirt, calling horrible names and insulting them. I bring my kids into this store, I don't need them hearing that kind of language. I live right down the street from this location,i will never by gas or food from here again,I'm in this store everyday and to be disrespected in the manor that i was on 04/29/19 at 11 pm,my son walked over to get me an suasage egg biscuit no cheeses first off the bread was brown as wood panel and as hard as a rock and no egg,so i got dressed andvhe and I walked over to have it remade i approached a gentleman at the register and showed the receipt to him so he said he would take care of it main while the black ignorant woman in the deli started shooting her mouth off just about every time i go in to this location she has an attitude,so as i tried to explain she bucked her her eyes perched her lips and said something smart mouth she remade the biscuit egg suasage but this time she burned the egg and put cheese on it i know she did this intentionally,never will eat there again last year i got an American sub got home had no meat on it i was told by the girl in the deli i order and America cheese sandwich,this is the second time this placed messed my order up and got nasty about it,i mean i paid to have an edible meal wrong on both occasions. read more
