Workers are really nice. Customer services is amazing. And also they do need to pay a little bit more attention to what kids are buying.

The staff was so friendly to me and the slurpees weren't watery at all. Good experience today.

There's a creepy guy outside who panhandles and the guys inside don't do anything about it. I love this branch but I hate being panhandled.

I want it again…read more.... This was a very good experience. The courtyard dining was very nice and not as loud compared to the inside experience. The food was fresh and very tasty. Brunch was understood here. The French toast was very nice and not heavy despite its massive quantity. The flavors complimented each other all the way until the last bite. The Montecristo sandwich was balanced savory and sweet flawlessly. This was a hearty selection and could be shared with two. The cheese grits had to be made by someone's grandma IYKYK. The cowboy bacon I could just have a tray of it as it was a flavor bomb covering heat, sweet, salty, savory, and smokey. The staff was super friendly and accommodating working as a team. The table next to me was promptly provided with hot fries upon request due to the original order being "cold". A few minutes passed by and boom hot fresh fries. I had no clue about village and the assortment of shops and restaurants. I'm super happy I stumbled across it and found the hidden gems. They nailed it. 4.8 out of 5

Like many other reviewers, we found it very difficult to locate the restaurant within the plaza. Once we arrived, we were seated quickly, and the initial service was prompt. I also want to acknowledge one aspect of the service that I genuinely appreciated. As someone with celiac disease, dining out can be stressful, yet the staff were attentive to my dietary needs, offered several safe options, and clearly communicated which items might not be appropriate for me to eat. That level of awareness and consideration made me feel welcomed and cared for, and I am grateful for it. Hence, I feel comfortable, providing one star for that purpose. That being said, there were a few moments later when we had trouble finding our waitress after requesting changes to our order. Unfortunately, the changes to our order ultimately became necessary because the food simply was not good. My husband and I both ordered the shrimp and grits. I ordered mine without sausage, while he kept it as prepared. The grits were gummy, sticky, and overly cheesy, something I never imagined I would complain about. As a Black Indigenous American woman, shrimp and grits represents far more than a menu item to me. It is a dish shaped by generations of cultural exchange and resilience, drawing from Indigenous corn traditions and the culinary practices carried by African ancestors and preserved within Gullah Geechee communities. Because of that rich heritage, I hold this dish in high regard. Unfortunately, this version felt disconnected from the flavors, textures, and history that make shrimp and grits such a meaningful part of Southern food traditions. My husband ultimately sent his meal back and ordered the fish sandwich instead, which he also found disappointing. I added an egg to my dish in hopes that it might improve the experience, but it arrived long after I had already lost the desire to continue eating. I was also surprised that, in a state with such a strong military presence, particularly in Baltimore, there didn't offer a military discount. What saddens me most is that we chose this restaurant over several other options because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I believe honest reviews matter, both for future customers and for owners who genuinely want feedback to improve. We spent our money expecting a memorable treat to celebrate my recovery and instead left feeling disappointed and regretful. Looking back, I wish I had asked for a refund while we were there. Honestly, my husband is still upset upset that he spent his money. Despite having the funds available, he believes we would've been better off having a meal at home.

Drove by this place looking for a cafe close, went to my Yelp for review help…read more The reviews were mixed but it seemed popular. There isnt available parking near. I went in and was met with soothing holiday music and friendly staff. I ordered the Seasonal Scramble with the help of the staff I was settled not to get the asian pears on my scramble but on the side. The seasonal scramble comes with home fries and multi grain toast. The eggs are made with goat cheese and some other ingredients. The goat cheese was not a hit with this. The home fries were cold. I also ordered their popular cinnamon toast latte. I was not a true fan as the coffee used is quite strong ang bitter. I ordered to go and to my suprise I see that this is an Atlas Restaurant Group establishment. Because these folks were nice, I may come back and try something else because this $18 meal was not tasty. It gave me a queasy stomach smelling and eating the eggs with the goat cheese.

Food is brought out to tables, which was really nice. I ordered the seasonal scramble and a banana bread latte, both of which were really good. Everyone else in my group loved their food and drinks as well.

Several people had…read morerecommended the chicken and waffles, which made me very excited as in NY, this dish done well is hard to find. Sadly, our server, Hope, I think, said the item had been taken off the menus despite many requests for it from patrons over time. While our other selections, crab cakes, salads, were very good we had been psyched for the now "86ed" chicken and waffles. The waitress recommended I reach out to Steve, as manager, to add the C&W on the menu, at least as a special occasionally. I would happily return to sample it, if this were to happen. Thanks. Good ambiance, pleasant staff.

It was not good at all. Advertised thin crust was not thin at all and reminded of cardboard. Toppings were not much better and we agreed it was average frozen pizza quality. Pretty much a waste of calories and carbs. We have had better food from here from regular menu and wished they would offer specials from that. Towson just seems a bit sad these days and this place kind of feels same. A shame since it was on our regular rotation many years ago.
