I hate to give a bad review but feel I needed to based on our experience; we booked (or at least thought we did) over a month in advance with the company for my wife's casino birthday party. We signed a contract, provided means of payment and thought we were good to go. However, about two weeks prior to the party date the company appeared to disappear. No one would answer the phone, respond to text or emails, and gave no response via direct messages via any of their social media pages (including the owners personal Facebook page). Thankfully we found another local company (Red Carpet Casino) that bailed us out with just six days notice prior to the event. We sent an email to notify Royal Flush that we were cancelling their service since we assumed they went awol or out of business. And to top things off, we still never heard anything from them and later noticed they had posted a new event on their Instagram account a few days after our party. Luckily we were able to avoid a party disaster and decided to look elsewhere because by the looks of things they would have never showed up to our booked event. read more

This company has great reviews, so I reached out to them. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience. It was easy to contact Andrew when making the reservations, and he gave me a reasonable price and was kind and accommodating on the phone. Royal Flush Casino Events was higher than my past vendor, but I hoped for higher-quality dealers and casino tables. The tables and dealers were an upgrade from my last vendor. But all the good news ended there. Before the event, I spent days trying to reach out to Andrew to confirm and make sure the tables would arrive well before our event started. I finally reached him, but not before I was in a hot panic, worrying that they would not show up since I had not reached him for days. I run a national nonprofit serving families with children battling cancer, and this is a big annual event for us. It is called Casino Night, so having casino tables and dealers there is critical to our evening. An older man and a young girl showed up from Royal Flush Casino Events only 45 minutes before we opened our doors to set up the casino tables. I was worried they would not be ready in time, but the young girl assured me it would be done before we opened our doors at 4:30 p.m. I looked over to the area where the casino tables were set up and saw the older man lying on his back in the middle of the floor. I went over to the young girl and asked what was happening. She said the man's back was hurting him. I asked if any others would be coming to help as we were close to opening the event. She said she did not know and was contacting her boss to find out. I, too, tried to call Andrew to find out how this would be handled. He did not return my call. A short time later, the older man went out to the front area where people were arriving to lay on the grass. People were asking why someone was on the front grass by the entrance. I called Andrew again and did not receive a call back from him. I had my son go out to check on the man (as he has some medical background). He came in and told me he believed the man was having a heart attack, and he did not think it was a back issue. I immediately told him to call 911. He did that, and fortunately, the hospital was right across the street. The ambulance arrived quickly but at the height of the guests arriving. Still no return call from Andrew. He never called me back either that night or any time after that. I finally put in a call to him about two weeks after the event and asked why he had not called me back. He told me he was speaking to the young girl and handling the issue. I told him it was ME handling the issue and at the scene, calling the ambulance, and dealing with the impact on my event. The young girl only thought it was a back issue that she was calling Andrew about, and Andrew was not even there to make a determination. I was trying to handle the repercussions of what was happening at the event and not receiving a call from him whose worker was impacting the setup was highly unprofessional. Our guests were not able to start playing the casino games until more than an hour into the event. A half-hour of that was my fault for not reading the agreement and seeing that Andrew said they would start a half hour after the event started. The chaos of Andrew not being in contact with me, his customer, when all hell broke loose was inexcusable. Then, not calling for two weeks to discuss this with me made matters worse. Finally, when I called Andrew, who finally returned my call two weeks after the event, he was incredibly rude and told me he would never do our event again! I was shocked at what he said to me. I was expecting a heartfelt apology; instead, he was rude and obnoxious. His response was totally unexpected and uncalled for. He was defensive and said he was handling the medical issue when it was me on the ground handling the medical issue, not him. He didn't even have the decency to call me and let me know how the tables would be set up with his two workers no longer able to do that. I called the hospital later that night to find out how the older man was doing and learned his wife was with him and he was doing well. He did have a heart attack and was being treated at USC Arcadia Hospital. You may never go through what happened to us, but be aware this is the managing partner who treated us like this. His lack of professionalism with his customer, trying to make me feel guilty for how the situation was handled, was absolutely absurd and without reason. It was me and my son on top of the medical issue who called 911, not him, the young woman, or the venue workers who also called their bosses instead of taking action. All of them were young kids. We were on the scene, and it was my event being impacted. It should have been me Andrew was communicating with. Then being arrogant and disrespectful to me on the call after the event was ludicrous! read more

I contacted Royal Flush through Yelp and through their website and got a very competitive quote for a 3 table package. I booked with Andrew months in advance and even called him up a couple months before to change the date. He was very accommodating and changed the date no problem. Then about a month before my scheduled date, my venue completely fell through and I felt terrible that after all the planning I did with Andrew, it would be for nothing. I was also worried that I would not be able to get my deposit back. I was wrong, Andrew was very understanding and refunded me immediately. A professional organization that I am a part of booked Royal Flush Casino for our annual conference this past weekend. The entertainment we have booked in the past never seemed to please our conference attendees so we decided to try a casino night. I have never attended one before so I was unsure of how successful it would be. It was a hit!!! Andrew (manager) and his entire team were so easy to deal with and our attendees had a blast. This company is awesome! Super responsive and definitely went the extra mile to help me out! I run a monthly poker game, and we used to always deal everything ourselves, but as the game got bigger it definitely became more cumbersome to deal ourselves. I reached out to 4 companies on Yelp, and their awesome representative Sandy reached back out to me within minutes, and i had reached out after 9pm.
