Full House Casino provided 6 gaming tables for our big bash birthday party. We had 190 guests, including 20 kids under age 18. The gaming tables were always full and cheers and moans could be heard all night long. The staff was great in helping newbies know how to play roulette and craps, and even the kids had a good time with the games. I was planning the annual Christmas Party for work and wanted to do something different and fun. After many options were reviewed I thought a Casino themed party would fit our crowd the best. I called and received a very reasonable quote for two blackjack tables. Their pricing was the best of the three I priced locally. The booking was seamless and when I arrived early prior to the event they were already set up and ready to go. The tables were very clean and professional, I was impressed from the get go. The card dealers were very friendly and professional as well, it really felt like you were playing for real money. Everyone at the party expressed how much they enjoyed playing and it was probably the first party I have seen where the dance floor had no use, they were all playing at the tables from start to finish. Our Texas Hold 'Em dealer arrived on time with a smile, was obviously well-versed in the game, handled the chips adroitly and kept the game moving. We tipped her huge. The table and chairs, however, were a bit flimsy so we used out own. Even the dealer snagged a sturdy chair. Plus, the diameter of the holes for the drinks are tiny, more suited for tall high-ball glasses or sippy cups so 'normal' size glassware simply won't word. We pulled up extra chairs so we could set down our drinks. They get four stars because I believe they're doing they're best with what they have. read more

We didn't actually use this company, but they totally falsely advertise. The very first thing it says on their webpage is that they will "beat any competitors price" and that they price match. We got a quote from another company, and brought it back to Val, the owner, and asked if there was any room for negotiation (as they were about $600 apart in price), and he replied with this, "We do don't price match for weekend dates in December as we know all of our tables will be booked out on those dates as they are every year." So I get it, your policies only apply if it is in the company's favor and on the weekends you "know you will be booked" you tell potential clients to go jump. Great customer service. read more

I hired a black jack dealer from Full House Casino Events to come to my house for a surprise birthday party. Everything went super smooth... she was even an hour early to set-up! Considering she had to drive down from Irvine to get to our party in San Diego, I was pleased. Everyone at the party had a fabulous time playing black jack and Sonja, our dealer, was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and friendly. For those that weren't too familiar with the game, Sonja was great in getting them up to speed. The table she brought was really nice, similar to what you would find in Vegas. Keep in mind it's a pretty large table so make sure you have the room! The price for the four hour rental seemed very reasonable compared to other companies as well. Overall, hiring FHC for our evening was a huge addition to our party and was well received by all. I will definitely use them again if the opportunity allows! OH and a side note... they only accepted cash day-of for payment. read more

They arrived early for set up, were ready to go as scheduled. Provided a superior product both in function and appearance than the current offerings from the competition in their price point/range. Book them early because they do sell out and if you need last minute additions they may be sold out of what you need. One dealer, a sweet older gentleman, was very attentive and had a very funny personality. The tables were very clean and looked great. Loved my entire experience with this company. Alicia was very pleasant to work with in the planning process. Providing me all answers to my questions as this was my first time throwing a casino party. The quality of tables were also very good. I'd call it pretty much "Vegas" quality! :) The crew even came a little earlier to ensure proper set up (which really helped with my sanity). I worked with Spencer as the bartender/lead and he was MORE than great to work with. Him and the 3 dealers that came were so nice and social-able with our guests. I hired FHC for my birthday party. I had a black jack, roulette, and poker table. Pricing was pretty reasonable for the tables for 3 hours. The dealers were very nice and friendly. I took off some stars as all the tables were not set up on time, as the party started at 7pm and the roulette table was not even set up yet since a dealer was running late. Also, they stopped all the game playing 30 minutes before the end of their time so they can exchange the chips for raffle tickets. The exchange only took about 10 minutes since i only had about 30 guests who had chips left. I think it was best for them to do this after the 3 hours i paid for ended since they mainly used that last 30 minutes to pack up the tables. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR EVENT! It was a horrible waste of money and left me nothing but bad memories! Val is the owner and was one of the dealers the night of my 30th birthday party. The female dealer he brought with him was AWFUL! She was on her phone the whole time. Val even had to tell get off of her phone! When I emailed Val the next day to tell him I was HIGHLY UNSATISFIED he acted like he didn't know there was ever a problem which I found funny because he was the one telling his employee to get off of her phone. Val and his team were awesome! We rented 3 blackjack tables, 1 roulette table, and 1 craps table along with bar stools for the blackjack tables last minute. Val was responsive and transparent with everything surrounding our rentals. The dealers were absolutely amazing. They arrived early to make sure everything was set up in time for our 9:30 pm event. They engaged with our guests and were super flexible when we asked them to determine who had the most chips at the end of the event. Along with the excellent customer service and great dealers, the price was by far the best that we saw. The dealers were not professional as they had promised. They looked like high school students. Two of 3 dealers showed up 40 min late and therefore we did not get the full 3 hours on those tables. Dealers were not animated and seemed bored the whole time. They were not knowledgeable on the games and we had to count the numbers on blackjack for the dealer. My company hosted a casino night last Friday. Positives: Very nice and engaging dealers, stayed half an hour later for arriving late... which was the least the company could offer. Though it also meant paying all our other vendors to stay late. Negatives: They were an hour late to set up our party, which meant 80 guests were standing around as the dealers put the tables together. The party started 30 minutes after intended. The original five page proposal did not mention chairs were excluded from the price, so we scrambled to bring chairs from around our building as soon as they arrived. Perhaps the most frustrating part was trying to get in touch with Val during the hour we were expecting them - he did not pick up his phone, we had no idea where they were. To make up for it, Val did offer a 25% discount for our next booking with them but I would never rent from them again. Our advice: go with another company. read more

I was extremely happy with this company! I booked them for my husbands surprise 30th birthday party. I went out on a limb and booked them without knowing anyone else who had used them. I mainly went with them because of the pricing that they offered and also the quality look of their tables from their website. They were absolutely fantastic! They were so fantastic! I didn't even order them, but my wife did for a surprise graduation party for me. She got a roullette table, a craps table, and a blackjack table. They were all so cool and it was like gambling in a tiny casino in vegas where only your friends are! It was so much fun, and the dealers were great. Val came out to measure our yard and make sure we cold fit the tables comfortably. (Other companies I spoke with were not willing to make a trip out.) He helped with the layout and brought up issues that the caterer and I hadn't thought of, like lighting. They arrived on time, the tables were very nice and the dealers were professional.
