First time (non members) get their drips while sitting in the mist epic massage chair I have ever experienced. Honestly, part of what keeps bringing me back is this massage chair. So relaxing. If I was a local I'd definitely become a member. Ended coming back two more times throughout the summer and bringing my mom and boyfriend.

Well , I went for my scheduled appt . 1st off before…read morescheduling I asked all types of questions . Also filled out a patient profile w/all pertinent questions to custom tailor my Iv I felt when I got there I'd be all set because of doing a patient questionnaire . Then they informed me of an additional $50 dr tele evaluation of what's best for me ???? I felt duped , they should have disclosed this in our initial & very lengthy phone call to schedule the appt .Then I felt like they'd hand me a menu of additional options All fine & dandy , but I walked out I felt a scampish feeling I've come to find out this can be done in your home . So called a mobile IV biz n 1st thing they said is there is $30 initial cost for Tele call into a physician . Then they proceeded to say there's different costs & pkgs u can customize . Well who do u think was a better fit for my biz Non disclosure of additional costs of the one w/o prompting told me what to expect n fees Well no brained I opted to have someone come into my home for my services!

My first time my partner and I were getting an IV and we were thankful to come with some regulars…read more The staff were very friendly and kind. Space was clean, bright, and spacious as well. There are snacks and drinks they supply and there's a call button if you feel like anything is off. We got the Health & Fitness fuze and an additional bag of B12 for all the vitamins and goodness. There is a local Vegas discount just FYI (and a Yelp check-in for $5 off too). I did warn I have tough veins as when I'm usually drawing blood, they need a few pokes to get it right. I usually say that right away in case there is someone that can handle that really well. Unfortunately, I was poked 3 times before the IV stuck around the ventricle. My partner also had problems with his IV where it wasn't flowing in but getting to his muscle instead. Luckily the IV veteran we were with noticed how strange he wasn't flowing. His forearm got tense and it started swelling up like Popeye the cartoon literally. When they fixed it, the fluid was flowing so fast. For me, going through both bags took about an 45 minutes to go through. I didn't feel the effects immediately, but after the weekend of festivities, I will say I didn't feel as groggy as I have in the past!

I've been getting a Health & Fitness IV Drip full of nutrients and vitamins and the nurse includes a Glutathione shot at the end! Feels so energizing and recovered from fatigue and daily stress from traveling. It's almost like I'm a local Las Vegas resident since I come here each time I rent a car while in town! There's also complimentary drinks and snacks to fill your tummy on your way out!

Not only is this place in Urgent Care, it's also a medical Center with staff that are very well…read moreexperienced. What I love about American Urgent Care is that you do not have to be sent out for lab work. Everything is done right there at the center. If you don't have a primary doctor, you can find one there. I would definitely recommend this place.

My sister is a stroke recovery patient who saw her PCP, Dr. Pervaiz, at American Urgent Care (AUC)…read moreon May 18 following her discharge from inpatient rehabilitation. During that visit, she needed: 1. An outpatient rehabilitation referral 2. A neurologist referral 3. A CT scan referral 4. Prescription refills 5. Completion of a disability form Although Dr. Pervaiz spent only a few minutes with my sister before leaving for another facility, we came prepared with a clear list of required items. During the visit, I reviewed these items with both the physician and office staff and confirmed the information needed to complete each request. Despite these discussions, none of the requested items were completed correctly or in a timely manner, resulting in significant delays in my sister's care. 1. Outpatient Rehabilitation Referral I provided an NCEP outpatient rehabilitation brochure containing NCEP's fax number and location information. Approximately one week after the visit, we received a referral to a children's therapy provider despite my sister being over 45 years old. This error required multiple follow-up communications and delayed the start of her rehabilitation services. 2. Neurologist Referral After multiple follow-ups with the clinic, we received a referral more than a week later. However, the phone number listed on the referral did not correspond to the provider address and NPI listed on the referral. As of June 3, AUC still had not provided a valid neurologist referral. 3. CT Scan Referral My sister had to return to the clinic the following week to request the CT scan referral again because it had not been processed. The referral was not faxed to the imaging provider as requested. After obtaining an emailed copy and forwarding it myself, I learned that the referred imaging provider did not accept my sister's insurance. This required additional follow-up with AUC and several more days of delay before a corrected referral could be obtained. 4. Prescription Refills At the May 18 visit, we provided a concise medication list from my sister's hospital discharge paperwork, including anti-seizure medication, blood pressure medication, and cardiac medication. I repeatedly emphasized that her medications would run out by the end of the month and that no refills remained. Office staff confirmed the pharmacy information during the visit. By May 28, no prescriptions had been sent to the pharmacy. We were forced to make multiple calls to the clinic before the prescriptions were processed. We later learned that one of these follow-up calls had been documented as a telehealth visit. Given the importance of these medications to a recent stroke patient, the delays and handling of this matter were highly concerning. 5. Disability Form We provided a one-page disability form to be completed by the physician during the May 18 visit. Despite multiple follow-up requests, the completed form was not returned until the first week of June. These issues are documented through communications with the clinic. The repeated errors, delays, and lack of follow-through significantly impacted my sister's post-stroke care during a critical recovery period. Based on these documented events, I am filing this complaint with the Better Business Bureau for review.
