I had the spectra laser, first time was okay, second time there was a burning smell, they explained that away, but then I noticed a orange peel texture on my forehead and cheeks that was not there before. Laura, one of the injectors of Botox, goes out her way to stand behind you and hide the Botox bottle behind you so you can't see it. So you can't tell if it's even a new bottle and then pulls the Botox in the same way. She barely puts in any injections, at least compared to the actual surgeon's office I went to for years. He would open everything in front of you to show you it was new and show the empty bottle when he was done injecting. I think Laura is scamming and not using new product and keeping some for herself or to use in others. Be ware! So many have to go back for "touchups" every time because it's never done right the first time and then she gets an attitude. Amazing experience . First of all, anyone who says they can't "target" specific areas for dissolving is filler is full of crap. Dao did an INCREDIBLE job dissolving the worst parts of my botched lips (not from here) filler into a smoother and more natural state. She was SO good at keeping me calm and comfortable, considering I hate needles. So I arrived in plenty of time in order to get the numbing before my procedure. Upon walking in there were four receptionist, and the facility was pretty empty. I enjoyed the soft music that was playing in the background, but otherwise it was small and too much furniture. The check-in was OK, but I was shocked to see one of the receptionist go in the back and bring out a spatula of the numbing cream and tell me to go ahead and do it myself. I got in before my appointment and was pretty much in and out. I was not given any discharge instructions on how to take care of my procedure after . I also didn't get to see if the vials were filled with the true product. As everything was prepare prepared ahead of time. And of course, there was no physician in the building. This place is insane. No one ever answers their phone, like ever. They make you wait almost an hour, but today I got there 8 minutes late- 8 minutes- at 3:53 for a 3:45 appointment. I know that's my fault, but I tried several times to call them and tell them that there was an accident and be advised what to do. No one answered! I was told Dao left because she thought I wasn't coming. "She was here but she left because she thought you weren't showing up"- except I know something they don't know, that my girlfriend has an appointment in an hour. So either Dao never left, or she's just blowing us both off. What kind of place never answers their phones? They tell you to get faster service by texting them, but even the text tells you it will take up to 24 hours to respond. The service provider did a terrible job. She scarred my lip. The Botox she injected gave me Spock brows which she did correct at another appointment. but still didn't last but a couple weeks. Did supposed. Juvie Durm, that she put in my lips completely flattened and deflated my lips. My mouth was all bruised. She had squeezed and squeezed, and now I believe whether it was a mistake or not she used a dissolver. Which completely dissolved any prior injectable that I had my lips are thin flat deflated, and I'm serious. at first I thought it was a product issue. I just don't know what to think except she made a mistake or what she put in my lips and refused to correct it. I paid $1000 to be scarred have my lips deflated and walk out with Spock brows. The front office staff (especially Steven) is always super friendly and accommodating to anything I need. I am leaving a one star review today because it is my understanding that Trish will not be at the Henderson office on Mondays after September because she will be scheduled at a different location. I see Trish every month on a Monday because I live in Henderson and need to stay in the area when my kids are at school. I do not want to go across town to get services I have received right up the street from my house for the last 3 years. I had been going to advanced for a decent amount of time at least a year getting xeomin injections modestly on my forehead not freezing it completely and just barely a couple injections on each side of my eye. I didn't have my regular tech so I was very persistent on having her look over my last two sessions before injecting my face. I specified I wanted less injections than my last time for a more of a natural look. She insisted she understood and even up-sold me on the Botox brand for another hundred bucks for whatever reason. And tried to sell me on all kinds of cheek fillers, lips and more! I'm only 35! I have a natural look I'm going for. I definitely knew she didn't listen when she was injecting my whole face, i was frozen in a week!!! But it was too late. I went back in embarrassed, couldn't move my face, FROZEN, no expression I just looked crazy weird! I asked them to fix it not knowing what they could possibly do at this point and they were like, "oh no, you look good!" I don't appreciate strangers judging my face based on people with major fake work done and telling me their opinion of me. I basically left and hid out for the next 3 months, unlucky for me, it was the holiday season. My Face is finally back to normal. Thank god!
