Until, I couldn't. We all know you can't trust people to do what they say they're going to do and on top of that do it with integrity. I got Ron, like the name says, I got Lucky. I didn't get no attitude or BS from what I could tell. He came in, snaked my main sewer line and brought me the bad news of my pipe collapsing. Financially I was and am in a bad spot given the current job market in my field so it was hard to navigate. Ron was very professional and really walked me through everything. I could see if I didn't fix the problem it was going to be a bigger one. I have 3 little kids so have my hands full. I got no time to deal with sewage considering the hazards. On top of this I also got another guy that helped him, I don't recall his name but both of these guys got to work and got it done fast. I wanted to mention him because he has my sincere thanks for getting the job done too. Mind you, its the week before Thanksgiving. They didn't finish in the time they said ONLY because they ran into some obstacles as they dug up the concrete from the previous owner repairs. And they wanted to do the job right. Again, no BS because they brought me down and showed me exactly what they needed to do. Its logical and they could easily cover it up with concrete and make it my problem to deal with later. And I think thats what a lot of guys would do unfortunately. Take it from this review. Don't give these guys a hard time, ask questions, do your research and be respectful and I really believe they'll give you whats fair and some because its about integrity. Ask for Ron. After he gave us a $400 quote (steep, but so is all plumbing), he said he could do it that day. Wow. Literally 6 hours later (they had to leave to get parts), we were equipped with a new hose bib and a working sprinkler system valve!!! I could not be more pleased with this company and I highly recommend it to anyone that needs urgent plumbing work done at a good price. If you see this company come to your neighbors house, do not allow them access to your property! 7…read moremonths ago they had to dig up my yard to repair the neighbors sewer line with the promise of restoring my property within 3 months. It took them 4 months just to put my fence back up! 6 months go by and I'm left with a large hole in my yard. So here we are at month 7 and I had to bring in dirt to level my property! The last thing Mike said to me was " we're plumbers not landscapers ". I'm not the first person to have a problem with this company, so now you've been warned.
