Well 9:00 came and the guy pulled up. My wife came to get me and I said she should greet him. So she went downstairs but Fred was rocking out to a book on tape, but because he didn't respond to her, she had assumed he was finishing a good part. So she went back inside and waited for the call/ring/knock. After 12 minutes after our appointment, we watched him drive away. No phone call to us. So we called the company (wondering if it was even our plumber) and he answered quickly - he was quick to tell us that he was the man who had "waited two minutes, knocked on the door and rang the doorbell. [He] left his card." It wasn't his curt delivery alone, but the fact that he was also quick to say: "Would you like to reschedule an appointment?" Because we missed your narrow window of effort within 12 minutes?! That was my cue: we had (supposedly) inconvenienced this man for 12 minutes too long to deserve his expertise. I responded in the same curt, short manner: "We'll find someone else. Thank you, though!" We investigated and did find his card on our doorstep. Tested the doorbell, too. Worked. Somehow we missed each other. And we can claim each other at fault (he didn't see us and we didn't hear him), but at the end of the day -- business is his to gain, not the customer. Kindness and patience can go a long way to keep a company friendly and competitive. In short - Fred may be the master plumber, but we'll never know because he doesn't want to give his customer any benefit of the doubt.

These guys are great. I highly recommend. First off, I'm a guy that prefers to do things on his…read moreown. I grew up that way, I was raised that way and have no problem figuring things out. Until, I couldn't. We all know you can't trust people to do what they say they're going to do and on top of that do it with integrity. I got Ron, like the name says, I got Lucky. I didn't get no attitude or BS from what I could tell. He came in, snaked my main sewer line and brought me the bad news of my pipe collapsing. Financially I was and am in a bad spot given the current job market in my field so it was hard to navigate. Ron was very professional and really walked me through everything. I could see if I didn't fix the problem it was going to be a bigger one. I have 3 little kids so have my hands full. I got no time to deal with sewage considering the hazards. On top of this I also got another guy that helped him, I don't recall his name but both of these guys got to work and got it done fast. I wanted to mention him because he has my sincere thanks for getting the job done too. Mind you, its the week before Thanksgiving. They didn't finish in the time they said ONLY because they ran into some obstacles as they dug up the concrete from the previous owner repairs. And they wanted to do the job right. Again, no BS because they brought me down and showed me exactly what they needed to do. Its logical and they could easily cover it up with concrete and make it my problem to deal with later. And I think thats what a lot of guys would do unfortunately. Take it from this review. Don't give these guys a hard time, ask questions, do your research and be respectful and I really believe they'll give you whats fair and some because its about integrity. Ask for Ron.
