Absolutely LOVE this place. You can't beat the price- I've been here several times and have always been happy with my massage. All the people who work here are very friendly. As noted it's one big suite with multiple massage bed/lounges- you don't take off your clothes, but if you're big on total privacy this isn't for you. Not as good as it used to be. The place has jazzed up on looks but the prices also went up with it. 25 to 40 for an hour massage. Plus the employees always change so if you liked someone you may not have them the next time. There's a bunch of massage places like this popping up in town for the same $25 so check those out. Good place for a foot relaxer. So the place is owned by asians but the girl I had was a gorgeous black girl. Kind of weird having a good looking chick touch your feet and its not your wife or your girlfriend. I let her go to town in the lower regions and i got a foot massage.... jk. she was cool but when I went to go pay the person taking the money wasn't that friendly and didn't know much engrish cause she wanted to give me dollar dollar bills yo and i was like just give me back a ten and i will give it to the girl as tip. After some back and forth (I won't call it arguing cause you cant really argue with Asian people) the cashier gave me back a ten and I handed it to the girl that just hooked the feet with a look from both of us like, "can you believe this chick don't know how to give back money!" Went to this establishment for a massage which was advertised for $35.00 to $45.00 for a nude oil massage. I was given a great back and leg massage. I was told to turn over for what I thought was a chest and front leg massage and all she did was stretch my right and left leg but no chest or front leg massage. I go to massage parlors on a regular basis because of back problems and everyone does a chest massage with oil. This place will definately disappoint you. I wanted to give 0 stars but that seems to not be an option.BOOOO!Because this experience was a thumbs down! I have been to this establishment a few times along with my mother.Recently my back was bothering me and I remembered the $25.00 gift certificate that my mother had purchased for me to use there when I needed it. I eagerly went up there to cash in on my massage.Soon after presenting that gift certificate I was told that it was no good.That ..."it had been too long". Mind you it was purchased in August and there is no expiration date stated on the gift certificate.He proceeded to tell me if I wanted to pay $10.00 dollars---yadda yadda yadda.I stopped him there.Got my gift certificate back and told them that I wouldl be contacting the BBB.And mind you there were 3 people there.Two sitting on the couch with computers, the other behind the desk and no customers being tended to.I had been to this establishment on a few previous occasions along with my mother without incident.It may not be the best dressed establishment but the price,quality and service had been decent.Needless to say after this experience they not only lost my business but my mothers and her fiances as well.Plus I share this experience because with it being the holiday season I would hate to see someone purchase a gift certificate from Royal Foot Spa because as soon as you leave the door it will probably be no good.
