I would overall not recommend this place. I went in for a gel pedicure, and am not happy with what I received. The gel was left over my toes and feet. Despite me expressing that it hurt, the tech kept using the drill over my skin and even gave me two cuts with the other tools that were used and I was left bleeding. She didn't apologize and even used acetone over this cut. The techs and staff were not professional and mean :(. At the end, they wouldn't let my sister leave until she tipped, as there was no option to not tip, and I don't believe my experience prompted a tip. This is not the place to go for nail service. The other techs said something in a rude tone to me as well, this place has an uncomfortable atmosphere. It may just be the techs I encountered but this really was a stressful, uncomfortable, frustrating experience. I couldn't recommend any place less. read more

This place is a hidden gem! Everyone here is so nice and the employees are very diligent. This place is a gem! Looking for last minute salon on NYE day (of course) that would be able to take me in. Called ahead told them I was 5 min away. Soon as I got there they sat me down and got started on my hands right away! Loved that they did my hands and then after sat me in spa to do my feet. I really dislike when they do both at once! This is my one stop in hemet. I always make my appointment with Calvin. The other women there are also good, I just like Calvin because I show him a photo of what I want and does it. He'll add some suggestions, but isn't pushy about it. Nor the women they do what you want. My pedicure was done by one of the women there and also did a great job. He ripped my old acrylic set off by jamming a fake nail tip under the old acrylics without soaking them and HURT ME! He was completely careless and negligent! NOT SAFE! I even asked him why there was so much blood and he didn't say anything, he tried to get me to soak my fingers in acetone as they were bleeding. This is the first time I've ever stopped a service in my life. I showed the owner and SHE STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE REMOVAL! I am beyond words!!!! When I went to a different nail shop afterwards to see if they could help me get the bleeding nail at least back in tact, they knew who the man was and said he is notorious for hurting people. Nail tech did a great job but the pedicure tech I felt didn't do a good job for the price I was paying for my feet to be done and my husband agrees too for himself. The hot stones did absolutely nothing for me and the massage for my legs hardly was a massage. Price was fair for me though. It's been 2 weeks since I had my nails done and Im ready to go again. The ladies here are super nice! I came here on two separate occasions. During my first appointment, I got the dip powder nails and my friend got a set of gel nails. My friend's nails are naturally very long and one of them sadly broke during the manicure, but the staff offered to place an acrylic nail so that all her nails can stay the same size. I honestly couldn't tell which nail was the acrylic one. The second time here wasn't as great because I made an appointment and I came at the scheduled time but I ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes before I was seen. They could have just told me over the phone to come around 1 PM instead of me coming around 12:30 PM and waiting around for half an hour. I understand that they can get busy but I would have appreciated more honesty when booking my appointment. However during that waiting period they were really nice to me and gave me the book of nail colors to look through so that I could choose a color while waiting. They also kept telling me they would get to me as soon as they can. Another downside is the parking because it can get pretty full and its a small parking lot. I recommend going on a weekday to avoid a lot of people. Overall, definitely check this place out when you need to get your nails done in Hemet! read more

Horrible!!!!! I went here to get my nails done for the first time since COVID... I learned how to do my own nails during quarantine but wanted to pamper myself and go to a nail salon. BAD IDEA Where do I start? They cut me TWICE, once on my ring finger and once on my toe. My pedicure looks horrible! My toenails were trimmed unevenly and the color was applied with bubbles. My nails ugh I would have done a better job myself. The shape and length is uneven and my cuticles look like SH*T. Fortunately, my friend had Lynn do her gel mani and Lynn did a great job. She was even very sweet & talkative with me too. I assume the older lady that did my gel mani was Amy, only because her cart said Amy. I don't even know if she spoke English because the only things she said to me were "gel? $20". She did not introduce herself. When we sat down, she started to file my nails into a square shape, & I asked her if she could keep them round like I had them - she stopped filing completely... Luckily I had filed them myself recently, but now I have a couple squarish nails to fix. She cut my cuticles very very roughly, pretty much making me bleed every other nail. I washed my hands a few times already, so you may have to look closely in the photos. Every time she made a mistake with the polish, she dug her own long nails into my already painful/tender cuticles. When she was done, she said $20 and took my credit card. When she gave me the receipt, there was no place to add a tip. Luckily, my friend had a few bucks for me to use, & she was able to ask Lynn to add her tip to her credit card charge. The salon was very nice & they offered us water bottles, but if they have any fans or AC, it was not on. At 3pm. In August... It looks like a clean place but I would never come back here again. They don't care about the health of your nails or toes. They will ruin your natural nails/toes. They grind off the gel and damn near reached my flesh/skin so it's all red and irritated now , yes it is as painful as it sounds. They don't soak off FYI. I got the $40 premium pedicure w hot stone and parafin and 15 min massage but damn the massage is so weak it's just them rubbing you they don't want to put any extra in it. So don't spend the extra moeny on the 15mim extra. Waste of time and Waste of money and now my natural toenails are completely ruined. Textures all off not smooth from them trying to take my previous gel polish off. This is what I get for trying a new place. I regret coming here so much. Really wish I just would've waited another week to go to my regular lady in Temecula Stay away. Go to a better place. Unfortunately there are no good places in San jacinto/Hemet area. read more

The gentleman who did my pedicure did not speak to me at all other than to ask which pedicure and which color. He would pull and push my feet to have me put them in and out of the water. All in all it was a very uncomfortable experience. The oedicure itself was so so. I left around 5:45 irritated and Late getting home. They did give a 10% discount for being so late, but I will not be returning. There are plenty of adequate nail salons in the valley that are much nicer for the price. read more
