My room was well appointed and it had outlets galore! I never had to look far to plug in my phone or steamer or any other gadget - a rarity in hotels. It was quiet overall but there is construction nearby which could disturb day sleepers. Worried about the most germ filled item in rooms..the remote? No worries, they even provided a disinfectant wipe for it! The staff were upbeat and friendly from the front desk to the Bistro, it was very impressive. It looked brand new. No calking showing or stains or wear on the floor. Theres even a pool! The staff was friendly without making you feel like you're being studied and slightly harassed if you're like me haha. You come and go mostly unobserved. And lastly, the stairs... It's got a kitchenette with a separate room that's a bedroom so it's actually like a 1 bedroom apartment. We only paid $275 weekly but the office staff and housekeeping were just unnecessarily RUDE all the time! And for no good reason. We were never late on rent, didn't cause any problems, and kept to ourselves. But they were always just hateful to us. They wouldn't clean our room if we were in it even though they were SUPPOSED TO. They talked badly about me while I was pregnant because I had severe morning sickness and could hardly walk or get out of bed. They were rude to my children if they played outside, which was VERY rarely since they allow so many sex offenders to live there. And they don't feel like you should know that when you rent a room there if you have kids!! I was always polite even when they were rude. Then we caught them on camera coming into our room one day when we were gone & the woman housekeeper was actually GOING THROUGH MY CLOTHES!!! I WAS LIVID!!! but still, didn't bring it up or get rude about it. When we moved, they refused to give us back our security deposit of $200 for no reason other than "we stayed 9 months". We weren't kicked out so this isn't a get back at you post. We just found a townhouse and since I was pregnant, we needed something bigger. They're just very rude and unfriendly. But then they act like the sex predators are God's gift or something. It's just weird. I wouldn't advise ANYONE with children to live or stay there. When we were there, 9 sex offenders lived onsite. I'm sure there are more now. The rooms are pretty decent, well some of them are. But it's just not a good environment and the staff is just so unwelcoming.
