Their internet went out one week we were there and we were there for 2 weeks. We had to pay in cash. very not convenient. to mention, there was a lady at the front desk who was very rude. land is very unlevel. The only good part was the waterpark

Our cabin was brand new and really nice but most of all our kids loved it. They had something every day pretty much all day for the kids to do. It was a lot of fun and my kids are begging to go back soon.

First, very cool park. Very welcoming! They have so many activities and train rides for the little ones. Tried to do them all, when you check in they give you a list of hourly events happening through the park on the hours between 10 am up to 6 to 9pm. Very clean and tidy. Except for the little gutter going through part of the park. Had an exhausting time with the little ones. They did great crafts and made a bead necklace. They have a splash pool with a mushroom fountain and a regular pool. Great time. BUT! I would love to have had a handrail on one corner of the splash pool to haul my butt up out of it instead of looking like an overgrown frog trying to heave myself up the two ft step. Besides me being of a certain age I have a bad knee that I have to have surgery on, so getting myself up was so much fun. But they do have a great park and movie night was fun for the 7 minutes the littles aloud with their attention span being only 3 minutes long. Gave me an extra four to gather all the stuff they thought they needed to bring to movie night so I can haul it all back to the camper 7 minutes later. We will be back.

This is where the jacks scrapped the ground. Large rigs on a steep incline = high centering not driver error. I stand by my rating.

Terrible manager at this location. They put our big rig on a site that was up a hill that caused our camper to drag bottom. Then the manager told my husband it was how he pulled into the spot.. super rude guy who obviously doesn't care about his customers. We ended up having to make a police report over the damage caused and driving home. Beware of this location especially if you have a big rig.

This is an older campground and the site are not very level. Also, we won't be back because you can't drive your own golf cart.

My room was well appointed and it had outlets galore! I never had to look far to plug in my phone or steamer or any other gadget - a rarity in hotels. It was quiet overall but there is construction nearby which could disturb day sleepers. Worried about the most germ filled item in rooms..the remote? No worries, they even provided a disinfectant wipe for it! The staff were upbeat and friendly from the front desk to the Bistro, it was very impressive. The only other issue was the carpet near window was wet so there is leaking somewhere. Other than that they are great and so so close to five stars in my eyes!

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the town square, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. For those who prefer to stay in, the Bistro downstairs offers a decent selection of food. While not gourmet, the meals are tasty, filling, and perfect for enjoying in your room or in the bar/bistro area with a bit of camaraderie. My room was quiet overall, aside from some chatter from a group enjoying the firepit area directly below my room. It wasn't loud enough to disturb my rest, and I didn't mind it. I stayed in a King room with a sofa, which was perfect for two people. The room was clean and included standard amenities like a fridge, microwave, desk, TV, ironing board, and more. The bathroom featured a spacious walk-in shower stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even better!

It was only like $69 and she gave us $10 off because we got in at 2am. The room was CLEAN and neat. No hidden dirt or whatever left behind by less than diligent staff. Comfy clean king size bed and fridge/microwave. And the bathroom, LADIES, who doesn't go into the bathroom to judge the cleanliness of a hotel room? This was immaculate. Right down to the tub floor. It looked brand new. No calking showing or stains or wear on the floor. Theres even a pool! The staff was friendly without making you feel like you're being studied and slightly harassed if you're like me haha. You come and go mostly unobserved. And lastly, the stairs... They were finished WOOD stairs. SO PRETTY and a nice change from typical floral stain hiding fabric steps haha. Great place, thanks!! :)
