Despite being leaner than its older counterpart, it was still extremely tender and it didn't have much of the chewy connective tissue and silver skin that older goat has. It was also extremely mild and absorbed spices incredibly well and, as a result, the fry felt just like a restaurant style pulao or biryani. Highly recommend and definitely worth the price.
