I will never buy anything from this company, any affiliates, or any company sharing members of their board of directors ever again. Whatever reputation they had in the past, it is gone down the drain. If the board members ever read this, this is a failure of your risk management responsibilities.

I don't know about the products' quality or durability as they are still not installed but I am very confident if I have further problems the company will stand by their products.
