I've been going there every week for about 2 months now. The place could use some updating, but Amie is Great. I have always been able to get an appointment the same day that I called. Its reasonably priced. People have left reviews about them asking for a tip up front. They do that because you are charging it on a card, and it would cost more to charge it a 2nd time. My boyfriend surprised us with couple massages for our anniversary. We went in and they put us in different rooms which was super weird. Then they made us pay before the service, which was red flag number 2. Then proceeds to tell us there is a $10 credit card fee which I feel like should be mentioned when making an appointment since most people pay for large amounts with card. I then go into my massage room which is just a bed and one little tiny thin sheet. I get undressed and my masseuse processed to ask soft,med, hard and I say medium. She starts the massage and everything normal for 30 seconds until she starts rubbing my butt?? She massages with no sense of rhythm whatsoever and jumps from body part to body part. You could tell she didn't know what she was doing as she was aimlessly rubbing. She sat on my bed next to me and put my arm in her lap to massage it. She asked me if I worked out a lot and called me beautiful twice. 10 mins in she whips the sheet almost completely off and tries to take off my underwear and I react quickly and tell her no thank you. She then asked if this was my first massage (which it is not, i get them done once a month and they're usually so careful with the blanket and never touch any inappropriate areas) She then lightly caresses my back for the next 5 mins which felt very uncomfortable and personal. I stopped the massage and told her I wanted to be done. Very uncomfortable experience. I went into my boyfriend room to get the keys and his underwear was pretty low as well. He also mentioned they rubbed his back with their feet. I went to the car but they still made him give a tip (minimum $20) with w $5 credit card fee of course. Will never go back. read more

Went in for a couples massage and they separated us in different rooms. I've never had that happen with a couples massage before. Not only were we separated, they started my husband's massage like 20 mins after mine. The ladies then kept making comments during the massage about my husband and myself being very muscular, which I didn't care but my husband said he was uncomfortable with that. They also don't tell you there's a $10 extra fee if you use a card, which I feel should be informed when making the appointment rather than blind siding people when it's time to pay. They also tried to overcharge me but I had to show them the website that has the price of the couples massage listed. We will not return. read more

She did a fair job but after the massage was over she tried to demand a tip, and then proceeded to be rude about her not receiving one. I made an appointment for my boyfriend and I to get a couples massage together, however when I arrived I noticed the atmosphere in the business was rather dreary and kind of creepy to be honest. What made it worse was the fact that after we filled out the paperwork they were sending us into separate rooms when they advertise that we would be in the same room together. When we walked in, the woman up front looked like we had just woken her up from a nap. I told her I had an appointment and then I paid up front and she suggested that I should tip up front as well. (I declined.) She walked us back to the room and someone's clothes were on the bed and shoes were underneath. There were stains on the sheet (dried up blood?) and dirt/hair in the hole where your face goes, so I put down a third paper towel (there were already two laid down as part of the setup) so my face wouldn't touch it. When she finally started on me, she massaged me through a sheet for the first 20 minutes or so. Eventually, she pulled back the sheet and used lotion. My massage started about 20 minutes before my partner's, which seemed odd for a couple's massage. For about half an hour, the two masseuses spoke in another language while massaging us. The highlight was the hot stones, which felt really great. Other than that, my visit was decent at best and I probably won't be back. Oh, and a little aroma therapy wouldn't hurt. read more

This is a place to avoid. My girlfriend tried surprising me during my week of finals with a couples massage. When we arrived for our scheduled time there was only one masseuse working, she understood VERY limited English. We had to pay upfront, and they asked for a tip before services, which seemed odd. Next. She tried to use two room, even though they promised a same room couples massage. My girlfriend did not want this and asked for a refund, which she was unable to give. We had to wait for their boss (by this time the second masseuse had arrived, and also didn't understand English) to arrive to process a refund. Overall we spent over an hour to not receive massages, get looked at like we are crazy, and overall need massages now more than we walked in. Believe the other negative reviews for this location and find someone else. read more

I was there on vacation and this is one of the places we looked up and decided on. He was rushing us whisper because other people were in there. What are they thinking?! I have been going here for a few years off and on because they take a larger range of appointment times than many other massage places. I have always had great massages there but the last two times I have been there- while in the middle of my massages other massage techs have just opened the damn door walked in to have conversations with the person working on me. This past time they had trouble with their card reader so they went ahead and started my massage- the "boss" showed up and twice interrupted my massage to the point that I had to put my glasses on and she turned the light on so that I could manually enter my own damn card...it didn't stop there though because the other masseuse came in several more times as well. I couldn't relax and I am not happy. If the damn door is closed leave it closed. The "boss'' should have waited until the end of the massage- tacky...and it ruined my massage. I will think long and hard before I go back- if I go back at all. read more

My husband and I came in for a pre- holiday massage to relieve some stress. We were not disappointed. June and Ciao gave us both amazing treatments. The hot stone portion of the massage was my personal favorite. The place is in a strip mall. Do not let this fool you. It's immaculately clean, brand new and tastefully decorated. The couples massage was in separate rooms-not as shown in the photo advertisement-which was odd since it was a couples massage, Neither of us had the Cai Bei experience we purchased, and only one of us has hot stones. I would give it negative stars! I made an appointment online. I had it for 11am. I changed it to 10, since I had some things I needed to get done. I arrived 9:45. They didn't unlock the door until 10:05. I went in, told them I had appointment at 10 for queens package. The lady looked at me like I was stupid. I was haded a piece of paper wrote my name down. Told her again about my appointment time and I made it online. She said now, o said yes. I was then handed a form to fill out. I did. I wanted to make sure I could get the queens package. She seemed dumbfounded again. I then told her never mind, I walked out. As I was getting in MY car, she ran out said you had one at 11. I said yes, but changed it online due to errands. She said come back inside. Told her no. She prevented me from closing MY car door. This place doesn't know how to handle business. They lost out on $100!
