I showed up at noon and was left waiting 15 mins for the nail tech. I rearranged my schedule, and I'm not happy about being left waiting. The salon is dirty, old chairs, dark and not maintained well. The staff professionalism is that of girlfriends in a kitchen gossiping. I don't like being called pet names, and I was called sweetheart way too many times. I think under other circumstances it wouldn't have bothered me as much as it did. I was not happy about waiting 15 mins past my appointment time. It's obvious the tech is new. I was nipped a few times on my feet and hands. She didn't shape my nails, didn't take the oil off my nails prior to applying polish, and it's separating. My cuticles are flooded with polish. I have to go o home and fix them. She's a sweet girl, but that still doesn't take away from the fact I paid for terrible service I have to go home and fix.
