This place is absolutely terrible. I stopped coming here after they completely ruined my eyebrows the first time -- made them way too thin and even cut off the arch on one side. I decided to give them another chance, and they did the exact same thing AGAIN. Clearly, they don't listen to what customers ask for. I now go to Royal Nail Spa instead -- their service is 100 times better, they actually give you what you ask for, and their prices are reasonable too. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. They'll ruin your brows and waste your money. Horrible service, careless work, and zero attention to detail. read more

Back when Helen was at Cyndy Nails (behind Los Cucos off the feeder), she immediately became my favorite technician. When she was close to opening this salon, she told me how excited she was for this new adventure, and I promised to come by when she opened. Helen takes care of her clients, and my nails always look sensational. She's currently by appointment only until her salon is 100% complete, but Helen has beautifully decorated this place. She does a remarkable job with dip nails and always has me in and out within 30 minutes. She remembers I enjoy a bottle of water whenever I come in, and she has an array of wines, margaritas, and other mixed drinks (I always get a mixed drink when I get a pedicure). I haven't had a pedicure here yet, but I will be in very soon for one. The location is ideal, as it is just south of Pete's Burger (literally the next parking lot). I can't wait to see how this business grows in the future. If you visit enough, Helen will know how you like your nails done. read more

First time here as a referral. Walked in and showed a picture of the design I wanted. With confidence I was told someone could do the design. I wanted the black and white zebra print French almond shaped nail design. I waited 30-40 min to be seated. Showed the design to the tech and she stated she could try, but to have a back up design. I should have left then and went somewhere else. The tech looked at the picture and drew three straight black lines and stated I cannot do it. She didn't even try. What she did do was a French design that wasn't neat. I am very disappointed and will not be returning. I would not recommend this location if you're wanting cute and trendy designs. read more

I visited for pedicures with a friend on a Saturday afternoon. We were immediately greeted, seated, and offered drinks. There was only one technician available initially and she started on my friend. Which was fine because my friend was the reason for the trip and I adore lounging in massage chairs. A technician became available for me about 15 minutes later. She seemed very rushed and finished my pedicure about 10 minutes before my friend. Her haste left me with an uneven shape and paint job on my nails. My technician was also a bit rough with massages which prompted my friend to ask if I was okay a couple of times. I was fine but I just with she was that aggressive with cutting away my cuticles! I got my nails done here because i was visiting family. Me and my significant other wanted a day to relax while I visited them. I should've left the minute the lady told me she could do the most simplest design but instead i didn't. The nails came out bulky, uneven and not the length i wanted (FOR $70). After a day getting my nails done a nail literally popped off, I couldn't go back because i don't live on that side of town, then a 2 days later the rest started becoming really loose and fall off over the smallest things. Wednesday July 19th I went to get a refund because it had only been 9 days since I gotten the nails done and while i was asking the man said okay and proceeded to get the money until the lady that did my nails told him to stop and then things escalated. The lady with the bangs started calling me racial slurs, inappropriate names and etc to another customer thinking i wouldn't understand. After i spoke back to her saying that she was being extremely rude and immature she kept going and laughed about the situation. Minutes pass by of me waiting for a refund just to find out we have to wait 20 mins for their boss to arrive. After the boss gets there she does the same thing as the lady with the bangs and proceeds to degrade me and say she could give me a $70 gift card but can't give me the $70 back in cash which doesn't even make sense. Overall this store is extremely racist and i will not be going back there nor recommend it. read more

Helen's has my forever business. My daughter is autistic and has neuropathy in her extremities so sitting still is REALLY hard for her, but the child is obseeeeessed with "spa days." I walked in about 3:30pm on a monday and there was literally 1 lady being worked on. Someone approaches me and asks what I would like done, I let them know I only wanted shellac done to my nails. She then makes a face and asks me to come back in the afternoon I'm thinking "but there is no one in here and shellac doesn't take very long" I tell her ok and leave.
