Bang for your buck 8 out of 10 Only reason it's not a 9 is because they charge men an extra $5 for the same services because "men dont keep up their feet" so men do a better job. Drinks 10 out of 10 They have tons of options and most of they're free. All and all I think that I've found a new place that I can call home when I'm in the spring area. It's a 9 out of 10. I have visited this establishment 3 times now and have been very impressed. Employees clearly have a pride in their work and I've never seen a place with so many color choices. The shop is clean and tidy. Alcoholic beverages (cocktails) are available and complimentary. After having a "dip" done I had some clear coat that came off, the owner took care of it free of charge and quickly. I highly recommend! read more

This is the only nail shop I go to now. My sister loves how well my nails are done, and how great Noodle reinforces my stones and how great of a job she does at free styling. I just removed a set I had on for a month with no stones missing, since I have scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. I had my first pedicure at Nu Look Nail Bar as well, and they did an amazing job! I was glad to see them use sanitary liners in their foot spa's and their chairs are incredibly comfortable. You can always call ahead and schedule an appointment but walk-ins are welcomed as well. All my previous visits were walk-ins tomorrow will be my first appointment. I would like to add that during one of my visits I did have a stone fall out the next day I went back and they fixed it free of charge and started making sure they reinforced them in the future. Overall they have great service, the nail techs are fun to talk to and I'm not even the type to just talk to strangers. Prices are very reasonable. And you get two free drinks while getting pampered. read more

I went here as a last minute decision because my regular nail place was too busy and I was about to leave for a two week trip. Worst decision ever! They did a horrendous job, I went in needing a refill for my acrylics. I had the color powder on so I picked a different color powder but instead of using the powder like I asked they put shellac on top! I was able to see my previous nail color all around the edges of where they put shellac. I also got a pedicure with shellac they did an ok job with that. At the end everything came out to $90 with a tip added. The pedicure lasted about 3 days and then started coming off (when I get a shellac pedicure it lasts however long I want basically, I've never had so much as a chip on my pedicure). Same thing with my acrylic manicure, there's an entire corner of my nail that broke off and it just looks like such a mess now. If they would've charged less I would've understood you get what you pay for but I paid almost $100 I expect to receive a decent manicure and pedicure. I'm also not one to review ever or complain but this experience has just been so horrible I want to help others know what they can expect if they decide to go here. read more

What an amazing place!! Just got my nails and toes done. Hannah, Micah, Maddie, and Adam were such a delight to hang out with while getting my nails done! Amazing customer service! 10 out of 10 ! Drinks were on point!! I had a sangria and a Blue Hawaiian made perfectly! I have been a die hard Nails of America girl but I have 100% switched and found my new go to spot! Super cute place, great atmosphere, good jams in the background and spot on customer service! I will be back and will be bringing all my friends! Hannah did a PERFECT job on my nails! Long story short, they are very understaffed. This leads to a long delay in services that are meant to be quick, and services that end up being rushed and messy. A regular mani and pedi for two people took over two hours. I will not return, and would not recommend this salon. read more

Drove over 20 minutes to go to this place since it was on the Klein Gold Card, walked in and was talked to from across the room, finally someone came to the desk and said they were working on someone and would be closed by the time they were done...it was an hour and 10 minutes before they closed and there were multiple people working and nobody was waiting. read more

Will definitely not go back to this place. I should have gone with my gut feeling when I first walked in but decided to stay because of some of the reviews I had read. When we first walked in, the receptionist was eating McDonald's she had it all spread out on the table for everyone to see (not professional). She did immediately greet us, but with her mouth full. There was only one nail tech that was with a customer, the receptionist & one other gentleman, that I was not sure @ first if he did nails. I asked if there were anymore techs that could do both mine & my daughter's nails, I was told that the nail tech was almost done & that the gentleman would be doing our nails too. He started with my daughter, I had a seat @ a pedicure chair, the receptionist got the water ready for my feet, got my daughter & I bottled water (she was very friendly). I didn't have to wait long for the tech to start on me, but in the meantime I noticed the gentleman that was doing my daughter's nails kept getting up @ least 4 times, something was distracting him. When my daughter was sat next to me I noticed that she had been cut pretty badly. I was so upset, this was suppose to be a fun girls day getting ready for vacation. (Now I'm having to doctor her cut to keep it from getting infected & try to get it better before we go to the beach!) Anyway, he apologized over & over, but I feel that if he had not been so distracted this would have never happened. There's more but this review is getting a little to long. Briefly ... nail tech kept coughing, she said several techs were out sick, called for appointment, was told to just come in. Two ladies came in that had made appointment but had to leave because no one was available. Forgot to take the 15% discount off had to remind...I could go on & on. I do have to say one thing though, "they were all very friendly", but the experience went wrong in many ways. read more
