I've been coming to this salon for quite some time. ( 7 years) The quality has diminished since new…read moreownership a few years back) and the place is filthy. Contemplating a new salon at this point. I know times are difficult right now but that is no excuse for cleanliness. I love my nail tech Yenni and this is what kept me going back. Owner is polite, but seems oblivious to how poorly this salon now presents. When techs are not busy they are watching videos on their phone in the pedicure chairs ( tacky) or sleeping. It really no longer presents well at all. Furniture is trashed, pedicure chairs have lost their cushioning and my hips hurt after sitting on one for too long. Needs a good painting. Bathrooms in bad condition. Dust everywhere. It has become nothing " special" any longer. I think the location may be hurting them too. It's tucked back off the road and there are at least 3 other salons within yards of this place.

Once inside, I was able to tell them exactly what I wanted and my nail tech nailed the designed ! She's so perfect! I never have to tell her twice, worry about pain during my experience, and she's super sweet! I got a super cute design and she's been nailing each one with ease. Both Elly and Kim are fantastic techs. So happy to find them. Looking forward to my next visit !

She quoted me $32 for pedicure and 48+ $15 for Ombre ~$64 for nails + $32 for pedi. I was okay with that price. At end of service, I was charged $10 to shape nail into (what I always get at regular salon as customer service courtesy) "almond" shape, $5 for applying tips (i was okay with this). However I was charged for an Ombre ($15) when in fact what i received was nail polish with glitter on tips not Ombre. It was cute but not Ombre! The h2o for pedicure was cold. I had to ask her to make it hot several times. My experience could have been an aberration but I left feeling like there was no more customer service in the experience. The ladies next to me paid $88 for a pedicure! They were up-charging every person and it was awfully uncomfortable to listen to people asking what if I only got gel? How much is that? Very uncomfortable. What if this or that??? Finally upon checking out, they give you option of 18% tip and up. There was no clear option to by-pass this. When I looked at receipt the charge was $220 (twice my bill)! I immediately said this was wrong. They said it was corrected. (I will need to monitor debit card over next few days to make sure the refund registered.) Will I ever return? Probably not and it is not because they did a poor job but rather it was the feeling that they were trying to up charge everyone for everything! And this was awfully uncomfortable for me.

The man at the front helped me for the first part, he tried to talk me into multiple service none of which I needed (my nails are strong and never break with gel on them). He then proceeded to electronically grind every single one of my nails down to almost nothing, chipping a few the lady then came over and finished the mess he made and tried to glue them. Simple tasks like washing my hair or buttoning my pants became impossible with paper thin nails and within 3 days ALL 10 of my nails were broken, the amount of pain I had to endure was extremely unnecessary and upsetting..it's been 5 weeks and my nails are finally starting to thicken up. I do not like writing bad reviews, but if I can save one person from the mess I went through, I will!
