Very poor experience. My daughter and I went for pedicures today. Both nail technicians were very rough. My daughter and myself were both cut. Every part of the pedicure was rough and nothing was enjoyable. My nail tech continued to dig her nail into my toe while she painted them, even when I flinched and she asks if it hurt, and I said yes. She continued to tightly hold my toes with her nail digging in, so I just gave up. My daughter was rushed out of chair before toenails were dry and both big toes were completely messed up. We didn't even want to go back in to have them fixed because the experience had already been so terrible. I got gel polish on my toes and this is by far the worst my nails have ever looked leaving a salon. There is polish all over my skin. This salon needs a major cleaning. It was very dirty and cluttered inside. read more

They did an okay job with my nails, but the salon is ridiculously and noticeably dirty. The floors and walls haven't been cleaned in a WHILE. The bathrooms were not cleaned. The towel that the man had me lay my hands on was not clean. & my nail tech was coughing the entire time he was doing my nails. Overall not a great experience. read more

I came here because my boss and coworker both have raved over the pedicures they received here. So I decided to give them a try. Over all my experience was great. I went in for an acrylic nail fill, gel polish and a basic pedicure. My nails look good and the pedicure was exactly what my boss had said, amazing! My only complaint was the staff talked about their client is their native language way too often. The staff spoke great English to all their clients. I was pleasantly surprised at the counter when I went to pay and it was $10 less than I had figured based on the menu. (The menu was not offered to me until I was getting my second service, my pedicure. I did the manicure first.) Over all the staff was very friendly. The shop was clean and they were very careful about cleaning. My nails look great. I will definitely come back. read more

We came with 4 people at 6:00 and they said they were fine doing everyone. Well, an hour and a half later they haven't even started on me and left my friend that was with me sitting at the nail table with the powder on her nails!!! (didn't come back for like 10 mins) and not to mention the SNS on her nails was bumpy!! I got a french manicure but in black and the nails are see-through! I also told the first guy doing my nails I wanted regular polish but he gave me gel instead and wanted to up-charge for it!! It ended up being $45 for my french manicure with regular nail polish. It was also so unprofessional because they would switch artists every so often so I ended up with 3 people working on my nails. And at first, they weren't even gonna do them after I waited for an hour and a half. Just don't recommend what so ever! read more

Came in yesterday for a mani/pedi and was super happy well on the way to the movies I was putting my sock on too soon and it stuck messes entire nail up. Came in today and they were able to fix it yay. Will def be back they are great!! read more

Just the fact that they took my daughter & I in for pedicures without hesitation 25 minutes before closing speaks wonders about this place & its employees. No yucky faces, no rudeness, no rushing. It was my 3 year old daughter's first pedicure & our pedicurist, Anne did an amazing job even though it was past closing time. read more

Never been more disgusted and disappointed in a nail salon. I came in for a fill in & told the girl not to file my cuticles with the electric nail file(I'm sure it has a technical name but idk). She did it anyway. First off $45 for a fill in is RIDICULOUS. If you are charging that much at least respect what I ask for. She then filed my nails length down after I said to leave them. Then she started cutting my previous acrylic nails off. After she cut off 3 she said it was $50 for a full set. NOT MY FAULT. Not what I asked for. My nails at this point were throbbing. She didn't listen to me at all so I just gave up. I showed her many pictures of what I wanted my nails to look like (average acrylic length). She then took out the electric file again. She filed my real nails down to nothing. Then put new tips on. Then cut them down to my finger. These tips were ridiculously tiny. I was about to have a melt down when she said she has been doing nails so long she can use acrylic to make them longer. After she filed my cuticles & my real nails for the 4th time my nails started burning(obviously because she filed my real nails almost off). After that, I said NO MORE I'M DONE!!!! then they charged me $10 & had an attitude because I wouldn't let her finish Frankensteining my nails. I still tipped her $5 for her time but I told them I was not happy & in extreme pain & didn't want to end up in the hospital because she removed my real nails. I have been in PAIN for days. My fingers are killing me & I won't be able to get my nails done for weeks until my real nails grow back. These assholes deserve to lose their license. & before anyone thinks I'm being dramatic.. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years. I have gone to so many different salons. This is the worse!! Don't waste your time or your money!!! Or worse-don't go here & end up with an infection because the technicians are overworked & tired of their jobs. read more
