This is a bright natural lit area with a couch and a few chairs facing the outside. Around the time of my appointment, Ocean came to take me back. She then took a look at my nails and recommended what should be done as far as a manicure goes. She filed/shaped one hand and had me take a look to see if I liked it and if there was anything I wanted changed. Then she did the same with the other hand. I had a scrub and a masque and then the best part, hot towels. From there, She wiped off the oil from my nails and used a brush to wipe around the side of each nail. She then began applying the Dazzle Dry. My nails were dry lickety-split. She did the tap test to make sure they were dry - which they were. I was amazed! My nails look GORGEOUS! I love them and will be back!

I don't normally post negative reviews but unfortunately my last couple of manicures here just haven't lasted. I had a gel set that lifted from my nails in 3 days last summer. So frustrating.

I have gone to EWC several times for a bikini wax and always had good results but not this time…read more The technician used cold wax which I wondered about, but I thought she knew what she was doing. I ended up half waxed in the middle with hair growing in all around it so it would look like a bald spot. Not very attractive. I called the receptionist as soon as I realized that the service did not work and she rocked. She got me to a manager who was also very professional. She offered a redo which is great and the new person I used was awesome. The only reason they got a three was because of these three people trying to make it right. The problem is the company policy. You have to have a redo in 5 days and mine was pushed to 6 days because of time constraints which was generous on the part of the manager, but the hair still did not have time to fully grow back enough where it could be rewaxed. This means still having to shave after two wasted trips because company policy doesn't allow enough time for regrowth. Tells me by the time you figure out it was a bad job, you either have to go for a half-ass repair or you hit a deadline. It was a 30 minute drive for me to get there so I won't go back.

The facilities were clean and I felt as comfort as one could during the process. Only cons, felt pressure to purchase their creams for post care. Also, my results were not 100%. It could be because it was my first time but I expected baby smooth and I still had many visible strands remaining. Also, results only lasted about a week and a half. That is likely do to my body though. Will I continue to go back to the Brazilian Wax Center? Absolutely. But think I'll skip the Brazilian next time.
