Also the shuttle was supposed to make continuous circles from my reception to the hotel. The reception was from 6-11. It did not do that, but instead waited until 10:45 and then drove 5 people home. So most of the guests waited until 11:30 for the shuttle to return and get them home. If you are going to wait until 10:45, why not wait until 11?? Not only was the driver unreliable, he also seemed unintelligent. The strangest part was that they called to confirm the plans about 3 times the day before. They were frustrating on many levels.

I approached the intersection and gave him plenty of space to merge lanes, I even waved him a courtesy gesture to go ahead of me. Suddenly I too became the target of his rage, he was flipping me off and screaming dispite the fact I was driving very safely with awareness of his bike passengers, allowing them plenty of space. The passengers looked terrified and rightfully so. That Driver is a liability to his passengers. The business would be wise to look into this incident. The passengers appeared to be mostly Soccer fans from the World Cup, they did not have a safe experience.

They said they ride rain or shine unless it's unsafe, lightning, flooding or heavy winds. I told them I still wanted to go if possible and they said no problem. Come Saturday night, the weather was really bad and my driver, Chelsea reached out to let me know she would have to cancel my birthday bike due to flooding and severe lightning. I was disappointed but honestly glad they made the decision to keep everyone in my party safe. It's not worth dying over being struck by lightning!!! I received a store credit for the full amount I paid $410 and they let me know it does not expire and can be gifted as well. They were so kind and professional I can't wait to reschedule whenever this rainy season is over.

Immediately when we got on the party bus the passenger area was burning up. Instead of cold air it was literally like a heater turned on! So we were in a black bus with high 80's outside and it was like a sauna on the inside! Most definitely not okay! This issue was realized immediately upon getting into the bus however the driver then decided to route us to the church using complete feeder roads from Magnolia to Willowbrook placing us directly into known construction traffic that made us come to a complete standstill! Mind you, the air never cooled in the back and here I am as the bride sweating and in a corset wedding dress with rising anxiety and I almost passed out at one point had it not been for my girls cooling me down by wetting napkins and trying to fan me down!! Needless to say we didn't arrive to the church until 1:50 or later for a 2pm wedding!! After the wedding although he finally drove on 249, the bus still was a hot sauna and we were told the buses would be swapped, however we had the same hot bus without the ac on the way back to the venue.  I had politely asked for a refund and he went around and around giving excuses and long story short it's now been 3 months and nada- he's done nothing to make up for the horrible service so now I feel at this point I will end up having to take my story and experience to the facebook, google, & yelp reviews because no bride should have to have the nightmare of transportation that occured for me on their wedding day! ... so now time to spread the word to AVOID them!!

We were so worried about having the nicest, cleanest, and best bus we could find. I first spoke to Mason, the owner, on the phone and asked if I could please come see the actual bus we'd be reserving in person, as we have previously had a stinky bus experience. The VIP 40 person shuttle bus was beautiful. It was brand new, smelled great, nice quilted black leather seating, and a large TV in front, as well as smaller TVs every few rows through the rest of the bus. Our driver for the day was George and he was awesome. He was easy to communicate with, as in spoke English well and also was smart and quick on his toes. He was observant that we were doing a tour so he slowed down as my boss was talking about an area and asked for clarification when it was time to turn around half way through the tour and head back to our development. The whole tour was seamless. We really loved the customer service that came along with this shuttle reservation. We will continue to use these guys for all of our future needs, which will be often!

This is a larger RV Resort just north of Houston. I started a one year trip across the US at the…read morebeginning of 2026 and it's my first time in an RV so I may not have a lot of perspective on what to expect for an RV park. However, this is my third " resort" so I feel confident giving an opinion. Overall and considering the monthly rate of around $30/night plus electric I'd say it's ok. Not great and not terrible. However there are certainly a few things that need to be changed for me to give a better review. We had some very cold/freezing weather that really wreaked havoc with their water lines. They shut them off in advance of the deep freeze which is understandable but since then the water has been shut off for repairs three separate times including today. The overall upkeep of the park could use some work as well. About half of the laundry machines don't work and the picnic tables that come with each spot are in dire need of replacement. Many of them including mine have rotted wood which is embarrassing when having guests over. The main gate doesn't work and was supposed to be operational for a while now but is not. I would also guess that at least half of the spaces are filled with permanent campers and many of which are definitely way past their prime. Calling this a resort is a bit of a stretch. One of the other issues that I have to point out is the frequent presence (especially at night) of freight trains which are adjacent to the park. If you are a light sleeper you will have problems with the trains blaring their horns through the night. As for the clientele, from what I can tell, most people keep to themselves and I guess that can be expected when half of the spots are filled with permanent campers and not people on vacation. The staff is decent and helpful and they do have scheduled activities for many evenings and the public spaces of the lake/clubhouse/grill pavilions are nice and clean. The spaces are large enough to park your rig and two cars and the grassy area is usable with decent space and many trees. The weather was too cold for me to try out the pool and hot tub so I am not able to comment on them but they seem decent and clean. I also did not use or look at the public bathrooms and shower facilities. Next time I am in the Houston area I will probably look for a different place to stay. Overall, considering the low price, you could do worse, but I think you could also do better for not a lot more money.
