My husband and I came in to Royal Parquet Group one Saturday afternoon and we already knew which laminate we were going to get (Royaltech Wild Safari - $0.99 per square foot) but we stumbled upon the Classic Mahogany ($1.19 per square foot) that was $0.20 more expensive but better quality. We ordered a total of 66 boxes for a total of 1366 square feet. My husband has never installed them before and with the help of 2 friends, he was able to get done with one room this weekend which was our formal living room and dining room. Just wanted to let you know that we've gotten so many comments on just how beautiful and great quality the laminate is, we couldn't have asked for a better and durable product. One of my friends said our room looks like a dance floor! We are so very happy with the customer service at Royal Parquet, Kevin was so helpful and so friendly! My entire family has been shopping here for over 10 years now. Finally it is my fiancé's and mine turn to remodel a house we just purchased before our wedding in couple of months. We needed everything from small door knobs to flooring and moldings. And I'm SO HAPPY it is ONE STOP SHOP! They offer a great variety of choices and styles for everyone's liking, and prices are not sky roofing compared to what our friends have paid at similar business. At one point we started getting overwhelmed with all the decisions we have to make, but we were SO THANKFUL for the associates for being so helpful, knowledgeable and patient while we decided what we really wanted. I say that because it took couple of debates to decide whether we wanted to put hardwood or laminate. Or whether we wanted to go with a more timeless or modern look. Or even opt out for tile instead of laminate (depends on the budget). Therefore, the only recommendation I can give as a person who is remodeling for the first time, is do some thinking/research before you come to the store. It will SAVE YOU TIME. As of now, we placed an order and can't wait to see everything come together. Oh and btw their store inside looks nothing like you see in these pictures here. It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL inside! So tastefully done and serves as a great example of what you can do for your home space because we didn't bring any pictures with us. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I want to start with saying that I NEVER write reviews. This is my first one. I just couldn't help myself and I wanted everyone to know. First of all, I visited their store yesterday and none of the employees/personnel wore a mask. So they really don't care about their customers' health and safety (note: it is the month of January when the COVID cases are at their peak). I also had a very bad experience purchasing tiles from them. I bought 5 boxes which I never even opened. When I wanted to return these tiles the next day, they told me that this purchase was not returnable because the supplier did not accept returns. I was really upset because per the purchase invoice that I received from Royal Parquet Group and my phone conversation with a supplier representative (I called them directly), my purchase could be returned within 30 days. Clearly, the Royal Parquet Group refuses to carry out the terms of their own written return policy. So beware of Royal Parquet Group's unethical and deceitful behaviour. Also, I found out today that you can buy the same products by the same supplier at many other stores at a much cheaper price. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at any cost. read more

A tale of two cities this one: we were looking for granite and crown moulding. The staff seems pleasant and knowledgeable enough and the purchase of the mouldings was problem-free. On granite delivery date, however, I get a panic-stricken call from them saying what we had ordered looks nothing like the granite that they are about to receive! So off I go, Xanax in hand, to face the crisis. And when I get there what they present to me is a totally different colour and pattern from the one we have actually picked. Weird. Under much duress and confusion because we were facing a deadline, I ended up choosing another design. Not surprisingly, that too turned out to be different from the sample - it was a close match but for some reason not exactly the same thing - "well they just go in and cut out a piece of the mountain so there is never a guarantee what the stone will look like" says the helpful employee. Fantastic. So now my kitchen counter-tops are pink. That's right. Painstakingly selected natural wood tone cabinets, complemented by taupe floor tiles, finished off by baby pink granite. It's every little princess's dream come true! Reasonable pricing and a wide selection of products available but not exactly reliable, at least not when it comes to granite. I would like to thank the whole team for helping me choose the best products for my house renovation project. Sometimes it's hard to choose from a lot of different places with so many options. What I liked the most about Royal was the knowledge of the staff and their fair pricing. I found this place on google. I saw some pictures of the showroom and wanted to give it a try. When we walked in with my husband the place looked like from a magazine cover. This place has products for very taste since my and hubbies taste defer sometime. We thought they only sell flooring but they had a much bigger selection. When we talked to Kevin the sales manager, he explained that they import most of their products themselves and most of the products are in stock. He also mentioned that the store sells mostly to contractors and construction companies that's what makes them more competitive in the retail market. Kevin showed us lots of different colors and styles of laminate. Then we saw a huge selection of moldings and tiles. We never thought to do anything about our vanities and cabinets but we saw so many beautiful things that we decided to go all out. Of course me and my husband argued about colors and design like 50 times but it was all worth it I still got my way. Kevin was great and very patient with our arguing and millions of questions we had asked the poor guy. When it came to pricing it was like a dream come through. We shopped around like crazy so it was easy to make the decision. No wonder all these contractor people were in and out this place. We liked the fact that they only not sell you these products but at the same time give advices on color and design to match your homes character and needs. By looking at their showroom I will take their advice any day. We also found out that any product we buy we can have it installed by their contractors and prices were again not matchable by anybody we have found. In a few days after our purchase the installers came in and we had our new laminate, moldings, tiles and vanities installed. These guys were fast and did a very clean job that's what my husband said. I had flooring installed in in living room and my master bedroom 1 year ago. While I wasn't home (thinking that the job would be done correctly) their subcontractor took off my glass double closet doors in my master bedroom, without permission from Royal Parquet nor I !!!. He put the laminate wood underneath my double closet glass doors, and pounded back the white metal rail, totally marking it up and making the doors unable to slide back and forth, he even broke off one of the doors rollers!!!! I was so upset! He should've of know not to do this!! It's been one year now, and I am still going back and forth with Royal!!! This past weekend for the 4th time, Royal sent out a subcontractor to fix the problem. The subcontractor was suppose to cut out the wood floor and place the rail inside and then put crown molding around it. He was using a large tool, that looked like it was to be used to change a tire. As soon as he tried to lift the door out, my door cracked and broke! The subcontractor was upset, I was upset, and he told me that he knew this was going to happened. He took measurements, and left. I contacted Margarite at Royal and told her the story and even e-mailed her names and phone numbers to contact to replace my mirror closet doors. I will get back to this write-up as soon as I know how they will handle this situation. I'm hoping they will be professional and just do the right thing, which is new doors and railing, as this is their fault, not mine. I've been so patient with them!! read more

Would never buy elsewhere again! Our floors look absolutely amazing! Kevin was super nice, gave us a great price and everyone that comes to our house now is jealous of our floors. Installers were extremely fast, went above and beyond required work and the whole experience was so rewarding.
