Today, a muslim girl helped me and she was very nice. I specifically asked for 3 different brands of mens cologne, and she brought all 3. She even let me smell all 3 and brought out different sizes. I am a man who likes to wear different scents throughout the day. The best part was that because I liked two, but did not feel like blowing cash on two bottles i probably won't even use completely anyway, she offered to convert them into tiny 0.5 fl oz travel bottles for around $20 a piece. That way, i can see which one of the two i will end up using the most and the next time I will come back to buy the entire 3.4 oz bottle of the brand I used the most of. P.S. not to thread jack, but there is a sign that says no returns, and even on the receipt it will say that on the top. You gotta read the signs people.

We found some fantastic scents! Perfumania has an impressive variety of perfumes for the ladies and colognes for the men. I picked up a bottle of Gucci Guilty, while my sweetheart found a few fragrances with names I can't even pronounce! I took the liberty of uploading a few photos in case anyone wants to check them out. The fragrances were excellent, but what really stood out was the customer service. I'd like to give a special thank you to Rose. She greeted us with a warm welcome, was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. Outstanding customer service like hers deserves to be recognized. As an added bonus for my fellow wheelchair users, the transaction counters are accessible. Rose even placed the point-of-sale machine on a lowered counter, making checkout much easier for me. That level of thoughtfulness and customer care is always appreciated. I encountered 3 sales people. The first worked the perfume counter. When I entered the store she asked if I needed help finding something. No smile. It felt ingenious. The 2nd appeared to be working where I found the dresses. I asked for assistance and was met with indifference. No smile. The 3rd was at the register. My wife was looking to buy a Versace perfume and was reeled in to buying the knock off brand. The…read morelady insisted that there brand and the one found online are not the same because their brand was oil based, which is suppose to have the smell last longer. So when I tried to return or atleast seek a fair exchange for the knockoff Versace brand that same day, the lady was giving me an attitude. I insist on not giving them business. Poor customer service, overpriced perfume, return/exchange policy doesn't make sense, and even trying to do a return is out of question. I wouldn't be surprised if they close down. Ridiculous way to do business. Not to mention located right in front of Macy's, which atleast Macy's offers some kind of discount.
