Don't ask me if I need help when you have no intention of helping me. I gave the girl many ideas of what I was searching for and it wasn't helpful enough for her to actually move and show me different options. She continued to laugh at me and sigh because I wasn't looking for anything in particular but I told her colors and what my occasion was. She showed me one bra, brought me into the fitting room and left. The bra was a terrible fit but I knew I wasn't going to be getting help from her. Will never come back to this location. I absolutely LOVE Victoria's Secret!!! So I was thrilled when my bf gave me a $100 gift card to go on a shopping spree. Since the closest VS in my area is at busy Hollywood and Highland, I figured it'd be more convenient to hit up the one at Solano Mall. Parking closest to VS is best in the lot in front of Red Robin and Buffalo Wild Wings. When you walk through the mall entrance in between BWW and Red Robin, go left and keep walking until you see VS on the left. Directly across VS is a separate store featuring their entire Love PINK collection. I hit up the PINK store first and instantly browsed the panty selection cuz they had a sale of 5 Panties for $27. The area was super cluttered and the sizes were all mixed. The right side featured sleepwear, hoodies, and sweat pants, while the left was mostly sports clothing. Further in, the specialty PINK bras lined the sides and center of the store. Bras were Buy one, get the 2nd half off. Was disappointed cuz there weren't many larger sizes for those with Bustier chests. And if there were, they weren't the style or color I liked. At first, the VS PINK employees near the front of the store were welcoming and considerate cuz two of them introduced themselves and offered me a shopping bag, which I politely declined. But as I continued browsing, they quickly became SO annoying cuz the same two girls kept asking me repeatedly if I needed a bag! One asked 3 times and the other twice. At least REMEMBER which customers you already asked so you don't irritate them! I found myself moving towards the back of the store just to avoid them lol. The employees at the main VS store were so much better cuz they were friendly and helpful, yet not so overbearing. The main VS store had the fancier lingerie and expensive bras. The panty selection was way better, more organized, and the same 5 for $27 sale applied. Towards the back of the store near the cashiers were the perfumes, scented lotions, and body mist fragrances. The PINK Body mists were $18 and on sale 2 for $25! I highly recommend the "Fresh and Clean" scent, which I got to use up the rest of my card. Shopping at VS is usually fun, but managers really gotta teach their employees the difference between friendly, courteous customer service and hovering nuisances cuz it really ruins the experience! read more

I am an almost 50 year old woman who wears a size 40D bra. I went to Victoria's Secret to buy a pretty bra. A sexy bra. When I got there I felt humiliated and discriminated against. They probably have 100 drawers in the store containing bras of all different sizes...but only if you wear a bra size up to 38. If you wear a 40+ they only have 2 drawers with that size. And in those drawers there was only ONE BRA. So if you happen to wear a bigger bra, you have to order it to be shipped to you. You are unable to try it on. I found this extremely rude and discriminatory against those of us who happen to wear a bigger bra. Screw Victoria's Secret. Carry some sizes that more women fit in to. Be inclusive. read more

I absolutely love Victoria secrets , I love there merchandise and I love the employees as they are always so sweet, kind and very helpful but I hate waiting in line ! Every time I come in which is often I have to wait at least 15 to 30 minutes to check out and pay for my merchandise! Would of gave ya a 5 but I'm tired of always having to wait in line for over 15 to 30 minutes- this is unacceptable! This Victoria's Secret location is just okay. My mom needed to buy some Christmas gifts so we came here. None of the employees ask if you need help, unlike all other locations ( I used to work at VS Stoneridge Location as a teenager and I know you're supposed to greet everyone as they come in). We couldn't find any employees on the sales floor for help. There was so many testers missing, I'm not sure if it's due to theft but it was hard to pick out which gift sets to purchase when they don't have tester perfumes out on display. When we were checking out at the register, the girl who rang us didn't greet us or anything. No mention of the VS Angel Card ( That's a first). I walked into the store about 15 minutes before closing, which I would normally never do, being that in general, this is a huge retail faux pas, however I knew exactly what I wanted and my intent to buy was at 100%, so I figured what the heck... The salesperson at the front was already dragging the menu easel back into the store and in a snippy little tone informed me that all body care was buy 2, get one free. She then proceeded to speak into her little walkie-talkie to ask another employee to shut the music off...WTF??? **6-14-13 (Just in case the manager reads this) Waited over 15 minutes for a waiting room because no one tended to us. While we were in the fitting rooms, I overheard the redheaded glasses wearing associate talk about how teenage girls had such large breast and how it was so unfortunate for these girls. Wow! my 13 year old has 32 B's. Hearing that was very rude and disappointing. Especially from a worker at VS!! Then we were in 2 lines waiting to pay and the cashiers (blonde Asian girl with glasses and heavier Hispanic gal) basically ignored our line. Also, the cashier (heavier hispanic gal) almost missed an item to ring up. That, I'm assuming, probably cost her store a lot in inventory. Bras. Bras. And more bras. They have so many different types of bras in many sizes. It gets overwhelming looking for the perfect bra. I'm a picky person when it comes to bra styles and such. haha Though... it is a tad bit (or perhaps a lot) expensive for me. Do check out the lotions. There is one lotion that I would buy over and over and over again. It is AMAZING! I'm not sure of the name, but it had a picture of some flowers in the front. I haven't been in the mall in ages, but I was determined to use up my $50 gift card here today and it wasn't too hard to accomplish that. First, let me say that I gave up on their bras a long time ago. I discovered Jockey's volumetric bra sizing and never looked back. I do however, still very much love the body lotions, fragrances and undies sold through VS. A man and woman discussing decorations up front greeted me when I entered the store. I wanted to check the exact balance on my gift card before I started shopping and the blonde woman working the register was nice and helpful throughout my visit. The cash registers are in the very back of this newly opened location in the mall. There are new drawers for the bras and undies as well as what looked to be a bigger fitting room. I also noticed that the PINK clothing line portion of the store has now been moved directly across from Victoria's Secret. So now, the fragrances and undergarments are in one store and the clothing and jammies are in another that will be right in front of you if you're walking out of Victoria's Secret. They're having a great sale on their signature line of fragrances right now - buy 2, get 2 free! Not one to pass up a good sale I picked up two sprays, a lotion and a perfume as well as 5 undies that were priced at 5 for $26 and some change. When everything was added up I owed just $7 after my gift card was applied. The woman who rang me up wasn't overly friendly, but wasn't snippy or rude. The blonde woman who helped me initially was really nice and joked with me a little since my gift card looked so old (and was). I probably come into VS once every couple years. I buy the majority of my unmentionables elsewhere, but I like coming here to get undies and the occasional fragrance purchase. I am giving 4 stars because the sizing on their underwear section was a bit scattered and I actually ended up fixing it in the process of digging through the drawer that was marked for my size. A whole chunk of another size adds up to an employee mistake in my book. Not a big deal, but hey, I shouldn't have to unfold 15 pairs of chonies before I find my size in the drawer marked my size. I have to say, I'm so disappointed with this location. I used to shop here frequently, but after my last two visits, I will be saving my $$ for the other Victoria's secrets locations that will offer service. This store is filled with employees, employees that stand around and chat with each other instead of asking if customers need help. The customer service is so bad, and only recently. The employee that I did find acted as if I was Inconveniencing her from taking her away from her coworker. The lines were over 15minute wait the last two times. Melinea is absolutely AMAZING!!! She is the reason I will go back to this location. She treated me like I was more than a customer to her, she made what is normally a horrific experience for me a wonderful one. I HATE bra shopping, either places don't have my size or they don't have it organized in a way it's easy for a consumer to find. Melinea went and grabbed EXACTLY what I explained and when I asked for it in another color she was more than happy to get it for me. I frequent various Victoria's Secret stores quite a bit, and this one is neither the best nor the worst. The selection is mediocre. I've had great service from the staff, and terrible service from the staff. Average that out, I have had mediocre service from the staff. The location is in the middle of the mall, and well, everything is standard and cookie-cutter at this location. i love love love victoria secret! and i know its like the only one close by without going over a bridge, so when they have NEW products and sales i know its hard to find my sizes since i "Blessed" with curves on top BUT the ladies hear are so helpful and go out of the way to find something of my liking! the last few times here i havent walked away empty handed and EVERY time im always happy! during black friday the team was helpful and nice even when they ran out of their promotion item. I drove out from Vacaville and ran straight into Macy's thinking I'm going to get service in the lingerie section.. turns out I didn't because nobody was there.. Julie took her time to fit me and find the perfect bra for me. If you go, ask for Julie! even though staffing seemed thin and the store was just I didn't feel neglected. *WONDERFUL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE TODAY! I was kinda afraid to shop at the FF Solano Mall store due to the bad reviews, lol...well I was so pleasantly surprised by the helpful and friendly sales staff (Assisted me warmly when I asked, left me alone to browse peacefully, when I needed to be alone). Yes, Victoria's IS known for their sexy lingerie for the tiny and slim ladies and there's nothing wrong with that. BUT~~I was still able to find lots of fabulously pretty panties in size XL (I am a size 16 not a size 2 or 4, lol) at their "7 for $26" displays (I get beautiful bras online from Victoria's in size 40 DD, they only stock up to size 38 DD in store)! At the cosmetics area, I was graciously assisted by a great salesgirl who let me try out samples on fresh applicators for lipsticks and glosses, till I found just the right ones! I also used the testers to find the perfect and luscious fragrances with matching lotions and I got 6 good-sized products for $35 (and the 7th was free!). At checkout, the efficient and friendly salesgirl rang up my order and absolutely honored two Victoria's coupons I presented~~one for $15 off total and one for a free cotton panty~~and I saved about $40 with the coupons/sales! *LOVE LOVE LOVE THE VICTORIA'S SECRET AT SOLANO MALL* read more

I frequent VS. I have lost a significant amount of weight so my bra size keeps changing. I have been in and gotten remeasured a few times and always had such a nice interaction with the employees. Anytime I go in to a dressing room, the employees ask if I want them to recommend a bra, um ya of course lol, they almost always pick something I love and of cpurse get me to spend more.
