A lot of people were shopping here, maybe because it was President's Day, and they didn't seem to have enough staffing of cashiers for it. They had more deals indicated with red or yellow price stickers than I'm used to seeing at TJ Maxx, including many heavily discounted candles, discounted notebooks, and there were also a lot of CeraVe and Cetaphil moisturizing creams and lotions. The selection of items was decent, the main pain point was just the amount of time it took for checkout.

If you have to make an appointment and confirm, and they can't even count how many vaccines they still have and hold on to them overnight, then they must be pretty bad at their jobs. Total waste of time and delays. Never again. Stay away.

Calvin and Noey are MVPs: for my bike project, Calvin took the time to share where to really consider in investing in the bike based on application and where to be more economical while I'm sorting out parts for personal preference. Noey also knew exactly what tools or parts I needed to get when the dropper seat cable frayed (note: cable was not from their shop, but they had the correct cable thickness I needed for a competitive price). My spouse is now also hooked & has an open service ticket with them: he's trying to figure out what bar & stem combo he needs to run to make his bike more comfortable. Because they're a full service bike shop, they definitely have spare parts from generic stock to test out before dropping $$$ on a single component. Highly, highly recommend these guys. We arrived at the old circuit city off the 80 in Richmond. As soon as we came inside this big security guy pulled as aside like we were criminals and shouted "no ticket, no entrance!" Ticket? The commercial never said anything about a ticket. He pointed at the ticket counter. We went over, just to be laughed at and told, "what? you didn't know you needed a ticket to go in?" Ummm, how could we know? It wasn't posted anywhere and it sure as hell didn't say anything about that in the commercial. We ask how do we get the ticket and the lady says that its only $8...we say ok, fine...then she says PER PERSON. Ummm, ok, my husband and I are not paying $16 to go in there...So I said to my husband, if you want to go in, go ahead, I'll just walk down and check out other LEGIT businesses in the same shopping center. The lady then goes, waitwaitwait it's fine you can both go in for just $8, I didn't know you're married blahblah... Then my husband says ok we'll pay and though the sign says they take every form of payment, any credit card, the lady says sorry no credit or debit but there's an ATM and the fee is only $2. Forget that, we just leave. Whilst my husband was talking to that chick I looked around just to see a big crate of perfume, a big pile of mismatched sneakers and a few tables with toys and electronics...okkkkkk no thanks anyway! It appears you're only selling a bunch of stuff that couldn't be sold at a swap meet. Totally misleading, no mention anywhere of a membership charge, though they said "oh no it is in the commercial." No it isn't dude. And I really don't want to buy fake watches, fake sneakers, fake perfumes, fake jewelry and pirated electronics/software.
