Let me just say - the other service came out TWICE and did nothing but lay bait stations. I asked if they would search for and seal up holes to stop the mice for getting in and out and they told me they didn't find any holes. Ok. After having them come out twice and still not seeing any results, over a period of 5 months - I came across this place. A nice and very knowledgeable man by the name of Kevin came out to inspect my house. He then spent the next hour and a half THOROUGHLY searching and sealing possible entries and exits for critters. He educated me and my husband on what to look out for, and asked questions so he could understand exactly how the mice were traveling in our home. That was in January. It is now the end of April and we haven't seen any mice or evidence of them since! I am finally able to move freely in my house again without worrying about those nasty pests running across my path. His crew did great work in the attic, however they used the wrong type of ladder to gain access into the attic. At the end of the 30 days when they came to get the traps they just complained that the rodent activity was too light to do anything and that they were not going into the attic to seal anything because it would take awhile to locate the source. Tennant explained that the neighbors directly next door were the source and they still refused to check the connecting attic wall for holes and gaps the rodents were traveling between. Workers sent by company were reportedly uneducated and unfamiliar with our case as Tennant had to keep repeating everything at each appointment. Felt like a bait and switch situation. Now we have to hire a different company to actually fix the issue . Save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere, not worth it.

After treatments were completed in less than three weeks I noticed the bugs were still there. A statement was made they are probably dead. I examined them to find out they were not. A week later they did come out and re exterminate one room (which was a concern if they are alive in that one room they must be everywhere again). The same room that was treated twice still has the problem today but worse. For almost $900.00 you would think there would not be an issue within the past five months, so now I will need to spend another $900.00 to have it done again which I dont think is right.
