Horrible pizza. This establishment has a large menu with many different options. The food is decent and fairly priced. Sometimes there are issues with the orders. My hubby and I love to order from Royal Pizza, but tonight the pizza was horrible. We placed and order of Pizza, wings and A gyro. Everything arrived except for the pizza. So we had to wait for the redelivery of the pizza. We order the Royal's Work Pizza which has Pepperoni, fresh mushrooms, onions, green peppers, black olives, Italian sausage, double cheese. We requested no olives. After our pizza was delivered, it was cold, there was no double cheese and they piled on the raw green peppers AFTER the pizza was already cooked. I tried to eat a slice but it was HORRIBLE. I wish we would have asked for a refund when they forgot to deliver the pizza the first time. We won't order this pizza again! read more

Ordered pickup from here today. I've had royal pizza many times over the years, mainly their pizzas, which are pretty good. Luckily parking here is not an issue at all. Today my boyfriend and I ordered pickup online, only issue I had was that when ordering online it gave us the option to pick our drinks, so we both picked lemonade, but upon arriving I found out they actually don't carry lemonade. Our food was ready as soon as I arrived. We both got a meatball sub and fries, meatball sub was lacking a bit in flavor and could use a bit more sauce on it. Ordered today when the food got here I was asked for cash, I already paid by card so I was confused. I then decided it'd be good to check my credit card account and this is what I saw, they had charged me more then the original price. When I brought this up they denied the charge, it's clearly on my account. I did not add a tip as I tip with cash so it wasn't that either. Never ordering again seems like scammers to me. The girl that answers the phone and puts the carry out orders in the bags, she clearly had some sort of cold, flu, or even COVID. I heard her ask one of her coworkers if she could go home explaining she felt like crap? The pizza was great as always but my husband and I wondered if we should even eat it? Temptation git a hold of us and we ate it, waiting for symptoms try to occur and trust be we prayed over the pizza. However I will NEVER order from this place or recommend it to anyone. My husband ordered a BLT and the tomatoes were green, and he picked them off of his sandwich. I don't expect delivery food to be perfect, my expectations are not too high, but you can at least be pleasant when taking orders (I am a paying customer), don't act like I am inconveniencing you by placing my delivery order. If you do act like that, the least you can do is get the order correct!!!!!! The food is not worth the money. The only positive that I have about this place is that the delivery driver is friendly. I worked in baltimore for a week. I ordered at this place almost every night. They have a couple of items to choose from. And theyre all very good. What I love even more is that they always surprisingly deliver the food with in 40 minutes. Sometimes even sooner. I ordered the regular wings and the party wings. Theys both awesome. The order also comes with fries. I also had the chicken alfredo. That was very good as well. The garlic bread that came with it was also amazing. I ordered gyros as well, love them. And everything comes at a good portion. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla and that was good as well. Also comes with fries. I can only imagine that everything else they have is great as well.
