THE EMPLOYEE stated "you can call back after tomorrow's md virtual call to book the appointment. I will put mark the time to hold the spot in our system". When I called back today to book the appointment, I am told that the spot is no longer available and they cannot do that in their system. Got an apology but that does not help me to get transportation booked on short notice!!!! Not professional and lack of employee training resulting in total client disattifaction.

I was given a quote for 95.00 for a one way trip from the outpatient center back home. I was told…read moreit would be an intimate ride with beverages offered and I would be able to swipe my card on a machine for payment once inside the transport van. My ride home was not intimate. I had to sit in the passenger side of the van because the drivers' daughter was sitting in the back of the van. I was never offered anything to drink the whole ride home and sipped on water that had gotten warm, that was given to me before I left the center. When I gave the driver my card for payment, she wrote my card info down on a piece of paper and had her daughter read back the card number twice to make sure it was correct. A couple of hours later, Tyree called me to ask about my experience and also for payment. I told him at that time that I had already given the lady driver my payment info. He then stated that she "had not contacted him with the card information" and sent me an invoice for the payment. The invoice was for 140.00 and I was charged a 45.00 waiting fee even though the driver wasn't there to pick me up when I woke from the anesthesia. I paid the 95.00 which I originally agreed to pay and explained why I wasn't paying the additional 45.00 and also voiced my concerned about the driver having my card information. I never received a response back. Sure enough, a week later I started getting fraudulent charges on my card. I was better off taking an Uber.

He doesn't ask questions or require any information about your medical appointment (unless you want to talk about it). He totally respects the privacy of his clients. After my procedure, the nurse went to the waiting room to let him know I was ready and he had the car waiting at the door for me to get me home when they wheeled me out. Appointment Companions is an excellent option for an elderly person who needs to get to appointments, a younger single person who doesn't want to ask someone to take a day off work to help them (like me) and many other situations as outlined on the web site. A driver driving in 3D medical transport van realized that the heavy motorized wheelchair her patient was in was malfunctioning. She took the extra awesome job on of pushing this patient in her chair all the way to the elevator and then to her correct floor and on to the Doctor's office.
