    Avoid this place! The guy here totally screwed me. Was nasty to me as well. And to top it off he…read morewas not knowledgeable about car audio systems. Go to Best Buy instead! It happened years ago, when I don't even think there was Yelp. But there is now, so I'm happy I can sound off - no pun intended. I had an ipod but was frustrated that I could not play it on my car stereo. So, I went to Audio Works and asked the man what a good solution might be. It was an asian guy - I'm assuming that's the owner. As the owner of an audio business, surely he would be completely on top of the options for listening to an mp3 device in your car. "I'd like to hook my ipod up to my car," I said, "what's a good option?". He recommended that I go with something called an FM Transmitter. I wasn't sure how that all worked, but trusted his judgment and dropped my car off. Then it was like, wait wait wait - a number of days I remember, just to install a little device. RIght, sure, like it really had to take that long, like he's sooo busy, and it's such an intricate process. But I'll wait! I could not wait to finally be able to play my music in my car. I was so excited. So I get there, paid him, and flew off with my new hookup. Except, yuck: the music sounded like radio-quality. My heart fell. What?? Why?? No! There was no texture to the audio at all. So I sat down at my computer, and looked up the facts. Turns out the FM Transmitter that this lovely owner recommended is like the worst of options to hook up an ipod. A better option would be to enable an AUX in. Frustrated, I go back. "Hey, I'm confused...why would you recommend and then have me buy an FM Transmitter when I've heard everywhere that an AUX IN is the better way to go?". He mumbled something. "Well, can't you change it? The sound quality is really bad." "Change it?", he said, his temper starting to flare. "Okay, sure I'll change it. I'll pull the head unit OUT, fine! I'll do it." Then he said: "Pain in my ass, man." Whoa. Talk about crappy customer service. But were it a simple temper tantrum, and he satisfied the customer nevertheless, then okay. But get what happened next. "Here's an AUX in unit you can purchase," he said. "I don't have any in stock right now, but should be getting some in on Wednesday. Just leave your number and I'll call you." I think everything about him now was just frustrated. So I left my number, but HE NEVER CALLED. He was a LIAR. DON'T TRUST THIS MAN FOR HIS POOR ADVICE, AND YOU BETTER HOPE SOMETHING DOESN'T GO WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER...BECAUSE HE WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND NOT GIVE YOU A SECOND CHANCE. AND, CLEARLY, HE WON'T BE HONEST ABOUT IT. GO TO BEST BUY THEY HAVE BETTER PRICES. U thought I'd forget didn't u pal...nope.

    I want to thank Jimmy Quinn salesman for all that he did for us…read more My husband and myself have health issues and our less than 1 year old GE a/c stopped working without warning. Jimmy got us an in home repairman to evaluate the a/c within 2 days. When the repairman arrived he was very professional and knowledgeable about the a/c and deemed it not fixable but advised that he would notify the main office we to arrange for a replacement. The main office contacted us and said there would be "no replacement from GE warehouse until after July 2, That was unacceptable as no guarantee when it would actually be available. Not to mention the predicted heat wave this week! Jimmy said they had " 58 "identical to the one we bought less than a year ago a/c's in Appliance sale plus'own warehouse!" Jimmy encouraged us to advise GE of their availabilty. After many phone calls to GE we were finally given permission to buy one from Appliance Sales Plus and GE are reimbursing us the full cost and installation costs! We are happy that GE did the right thing but we couldn't have done this without Jimmy's help. Jimmy went the extra mile for us...he understood that it was not just a comfort issue but a health issue!
