Unfortunately, the front desk experience ruined everything. The receptionist, who spends her time browsing Pinterest on the company computer, was rude and unhelpful. She made it extremely difficult to schedule an appointment, and that should have been my first red flag. She even canceled my appointment, blaming it on Tricare's new referral system. In reality, everything had already been submitted correctly, but their billing department mishandled it. To make things worse, she later called me accusing me of missing the very appointment that she herself had canceled. This was nothing but unnecessary chaos. It seems they want everything handed to them without doing their job, and patients end up paying the price. I feel bad for Miss Roth, but hiring someone like this at the front desk is a huge mistake. They don't work well with Tricare. Save yourself the headache and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

To many side effects and treating symptoms is not the same as actually treating the cause. My choices seemed limited! Could not speak to the VA doctor the day of my meltdown but the nurse was sympathetic to my plight and told me that she had heard some Vets getting relief with acupuncture. Another possible choice presented itself? I found Dr. Ryan Bemis in Las Cruces about 65 miles from where I live. I called to get in as soon as possible but he was booked out for at least a month and a half. Yet he had a clinic open to the public that very week end and invited me to join. Horrible. They…read morestarted off pretty good, but apparently knew injury laws better than I did. I had a car accident approximately two years ago and worked with a horrible law firm that I hired right after I was "bird dogged" which is just like ambulance chasing. Unlawful, but because the event had just happened I just accepted their services. They knew that two years on a case was the maximum time frame I could go on this claim even though I had referrals to two specialists that I was never able to see. The first an orthopedic surgeon who agreed that I required surgery on my right knee. I could never get "permission" to get this done, and according to the Injury Specialist this exacerbated my back issues and has now caused a left knee issue due to compensation of the skeletal and muscle structure. The second referral never happened. I finally made contact with this ambulance chasing lawyer's office and they informed me that Denise from this office called them telling them that I have not been compliant with their treatments. Not true at all. They were being scheduled so frequently I was having issues getting off work for them. Please remember that this accident happened approximately two years ago. Denise of this office supposedly followed up with referrals but I never received any correspondence to unanswered questions. I recently requested a call back from her but have yet to hear from her, this was just this Monday. She apparently contacted the "attorney" and told them to settle the case. Again, this all goes against what the MRI's show, that there is damage to my knee and back. Very disappointed as I'd originally given this office a very high review. Hindsight.
