My husbands vape started acting up. He has had it less than 3 months. At first we thought it was a pack of faulty coils. When Luxor looked at it they said it was from juice that leaked into the contacts messing up the vape. Well the juice that leaked was from the faulty coils they sold us. All 3 in the pack leaked. In the past Luxor would have stood behind their products and replaced the vape. Again, not anymore. The outstanding crew and customer service that used to make this the best vape shop we've ever been to has taken a tremendous drop. You can buy a vape anywhere. Its the service that kept us coming back for years. Very disappointed.

It seems that every item I purchase from this business is either already broken or quits working…read morewithin the same day of purchase. Example 1: I purchased a refillable lighter that stopped working after the first cigarette I lit. When brought up to the owner who was working at the time, his response was "You already purchased it. It sparked when you tried it in the store." Slightly unprofessional? Mind you, I brought in the lighter for an exchange of a new one the SAME day of purchase... Example 2: We purchased a torch to help light things when it was windy outside. The next day, it stopped working. When attempted to refill the torch, take a guess..it didn't work!! Response from worker the very next day after purchasing was "You already purchased it. You'll have to pay for a new one!" Example 3: Purchased a box of the cigarette filters and every last one didn't function. It was impossible to breath anything through them. And terrible scheduling. The place is supposed to be open from 9am-10pm and half the time when going in the mornings, doors are locked without a single worker in sight until about 9:15-9:30am. Plus they consistently close before closing time, even when a worker tells you "Oh we're open very late. Later than most shops, stop by at 10pm and I'll be here!" By the way, they don't wear masks, they don't wear gloves, they do not temp. check, and their hand sanitizer next to the register is ALWAYS empty. Overall experience was just terrible. Terrible customer service. Terrible products. Just terrible. I recommend Smoke Scene right down the way! Head down Olive Dr. towards the freeway and you'll find their very clean, very efficient and quick serviced business right next door to the Starbucks on the corner!

There was only one customer in front of me when I walked in, but when it was my turn, more and more customers started to flow in. I decided upon one E-cig when Sam informed me that there are no returns, so he asked me if i would like to test it. While I tested it, he went on to help out the other customers. The E-Cigarette was non-functional. He returned to me after helping the other customers, and I told him it was a bad e-cig. He then handed me a new one to test out. He went back to help the other customers. This happened multiple times. The next one was burnt; the next one, a faulty encasing caused the e-cig to fall from underneath, hitting the floor and breaking it (I guess I have bad luck). He handed me a new one. He didn't stop until he knew I was satisfied with my purchase. The entire time he was friendly, charming, and was even cracking jokes with the other customers. I have never experienced such exceptional customer service, anywhere. This is THE smoke shop to go to in Tehachapi.
