There was only one customer in front of me when I walked in, but when it was my turn, more and more customers started to flow in. I decided upon one E-cig when Sam informed me that there are no returns, so he asked me if i would like to test it. While I tested it, he went on to help out the other customers. The E-Cigarette was non-functional. He returned to me after helping the other customers, and I told him it was a bad e-cig. He then handed me a new one to test out. He went back to help the other customers. This happened multiple times. The next one was burnt; the next one, a faulty encasing caused the e-cig to fall from underneath, hitting the floor and breaking it (I guess I have bad luck). He handed me a new one. He didn't stop until he knew I was satisfied with my purchase. The entire time he was friendly, charming, and was even cracking jokes with the other customers. I have never experienced such exceptional customer service, anywhere. This is THE smoke shop to go to in Tehachapi. P.S: Do NOT be turned away by the several faulty products: the fault falls on the manufacturer, NOT the distributor. I checked out several local cigar shops and decided to go with Cigar Mas Fino. First- the place is always packed with folks enjoying their cigars. Second- they have a wide selection- I'm not a cigar pro and know very little but- they seemed to have a selection of quality cigars. Mike helped me with a decent selection of cigars- he created a custom variety for me based off some brands that were suggested and the group dynamic. He was very knowledgeable- when the guys saw the cigar bar at the party, they were very impressed with the selection. Honestly, Mike did a great job, the quality and quantity with the personal care was well worth the cost. They offer inexpensive to very expensive cigars and carry well known brands. The cigar bar was at hit. Mike even threw in a cigar box to carry them in, that we used as decoration on the actual bar. If you're new to cigars- they add little humidifier packets that help keep your cigars fresh and humidified so they don't lose their quality. Really happy with my experience. Literally had no knowledge of cigars when I walked in and was not made to feel out of place like I had been in at least one other local shop. I've already gone back for gifts.
