Replacing it would have cost close to $800. Costco recommended a company called ITI. I called them, and they said they could fix it for $300. ITI must sub-contract this work locally to Computer Specialists because the business card that was left after the fact was for Computer Specialists and not ITI. I had to pay the money up-front via providing my credit card info over the phone, which I didn't like. However, shortly after paying and filling out a few approval forms. A technician called me and told me my parts were on order and would call back when they arrive. My technician, Christie was super nice & called all the time to confirm details prior to arriving. The repair itself was quick. I totally recommend this company if your TV needs repair. You might save some serious dough in repairing it rather than replacing it.

Long story short... the company I work for got talked into renting a large printer from Da-Com about a month ago. It took them 3 1/2 weeks to deliver it. They came in with a loaner for 1 week, dropped it off, the came back unannounced in a weeks time to pick it back up (after they already disconnected all of our other printers in the office) without the leased printer. We waited 3 1/2 weeks for the leased printer to arrive. Not even 2 days later we stared to have problems with the printer. I had a service tech come out, and he was very domineering. Trying to act like I had no idea what I was doing with the printer, after I told him multiple times I have used the EXACT same printer at my last job. He never even looked at the printer itself, just kept asking me if "I was sure I know what I'm doing?"!!! So after solving NOTHING, he left only to have me call again yesterday about the same issue. I received a call yesterday from the same tech, who once again was VERY rude to me. When he arrived he continued to argue with me about how I "may no know what I'm doing", I repeatedly explained to him I am familiar with this printer and Mac set up. Well, apparently he WAS NOT!!! He had to call another tech just to figure out how to get to Print Settings! I am not pleased at all with the arrogance of the service tech! I hope I never see him again.

Brought my laptop (less than a year old) for simple fan issues. When I came back I was informed he…read morehad placed plastic pieces in my laptop that he had ordered off TEMU. There was also glue all over the back of my laptop. Being concerned I brought it somewhere to have it checked out and there was more wrong with it than when I had dropped it off to Plug and Play. He never placed the screws back in the back of my laptop. He had moved a wire inside and not properly placed it back so it was being pinched. And now I have to replace the entire fan because the work he did completely ruined it. I am now paying like triple to fix what he damaged. When I called back to get a partial refund I was just met with a condescending attitude and was told everything he did was just his opinion. Well in my opinion when you run a business, the work you provide is no longer an opinion. I'm paying for a service that I did not only not get fixed BUT had to go somewhere else to fix it. I paid 75$ for temu stickers to be placed in my laptop and to have missing parts when it was given back. I was only given 25$ of my 75$ back.
