Logan Airport and C&J Bus to Dover, N.H…read more Traveling mid-December 2025 from DCA to Dover, New Hampshire, I opted to use C&J for express bus transit from Boston to and from Dover. I had booked an 11 a.m. bus out of BOS, and upon landing I had no trouble finding the right bus stop for C&J. The stop was well marked, is shared by about eight bus lines, and each bus proved to be efficient when boarding and disembarking passengers with luggage stored underneath. Here's my note to the airport: It's cold in December in Boston. The shelter for the bus stop had a heater affixed to the top of the bus stop; and the heater had a 30-minute timer. Unfortunately, the heater did not work. Brrrr. My flight from DCA arrived early, allowing me to see if I could board the bus that departed some 40 minutes before my ticketed bus. No dice. The driver politely explained that I needed to wait at the bus stop until the ticketed bus arrived. I'm not sure why - about 15 passengers had just disembarked his bus, and my stop was the last stop of the route to leave the airport, so chances were good there would be space on this bus. Further, upon returning from Dover to BOS, the C&J driver who arrived for a trip that was scheduled to depart before my ticketed departure actively welcomed me to board her bus, even though it meant taking a bus that departed about an hour before my ticketed bus. Once aboard, the trips to and from the airport were great. Comfortable seating, comfortable temperatures, and flawless operation by the drivers. Great price (round trip BOS to Dover was $56), and an excellent alternative to driving, renting a car, or using Amtrak to get from Boston to Dover.

This is a very tasteful, professional and friendly property. When we first entered our suite, a studio, my first thought was that I would be comfortable living in this thoughtfully designed little space and maybe we should sell the house. Only half joking. Everyone in this little apartment was arrangd to make things cmfortable. The kitchen(ette) is small but felt easier to work in than a large kitchen. Everything is clean, nearly new and nicely decorated. Because of uncomfortable past experience, we have sworn off the bed and breakfast vacation. I would say that the Pink Blossoms Resort is all the best you would ever expect from a great bed and breakfast with the warmth and the friendly service but without any of the potential weirdness. Why was this stay a pleasure? The most important element is the professionalism of the staff. They will be happy to stay out of your way or to engage in thoughtful conversation. Either way, they will be ready to help you with anything you need. We did not take advantage of it, but this resort has bbq areas, tables, chairs outside, a serious tennis court and plenty of space for the kids (and adults) to play.

It is NOT a modern Hotel style room. If that is what you are looking for, check into a chain hotel. These rooms furnishings were in keeping with the style and period look of Cape Arundel Inn. They were clean and comfortable. The Club house was a very short drive or walk from the Main Inn. Our rooms were behind the clubhouse. It was lovely, peaceful and quiet set amongst the woods, in a residential neighborhood. We had full access to the Inn and Dining (spectacular views from the dining room). They offered wine and cheese every afternoon. You could relax on the porch, by the pool, pool table or by the fireplace. They did have Portable A/C units in everyroom and during the high heat of summer, maybe a problem as they are a bit noisy. We visited Mid-October and the weather was perfect. No a/c required. The staff was very freindly, helpful and accomodating. My only negative is that I would have felt a little safer if the front doors to clubhouse were locked to only guests and staff, since there is no-one on duty at night. We had a lovely stay! The room was lovely and the grounds had a nice pool. The staff was very attentive. We did not find the Clubhouse old or shabby. While the accommodations are not fancy, they are clean and well-cared for. We enjoyed all of the the Inn's amenities and had a good time. I'm glad we went.
