Or were you rude and condescending or yelling? I would never hang up on a customer unless they are being rude and being out of line. If your biggest issue is with the driver texting and driving, they aren't supposed to do that with customers in the car. I apologize, but unfortunately it is something that needs to be done on occasion in our profession. If you feel that our drivers are breaking the law I suggest you call the dispatcher or the police. I'm sorry you aren't happy with your service but it seems as though you have a penchant for disrespect and verbal abuse. I appreciate your opinion on how you think we do a terrible job here. If your such an expert in the field I suggest you open your own transport company and see how flawlessly you provide service.
